My heart goes out to Europeans in these challenging times...in so many arenas. The heat and the Ukranian War are enough to wear anyone down. Do not apologize for telling it like it is. I live in the USA Southwest, where a/c is automatically installed in homes built after 1990. We are struck inside basically for 3 of the 12 months. If the a/c breaks down in our cars, we get it fixed right away. We put up with forest fires, tornados, and floods. The difference is we know to expect them. For Europe, this is unusual. I've read that the continent is having floods and fires also. Talking helps us all. We shouldn't put our heads in the sand. We musn't ignore our feelings. Our very way of life is changing and for most of us it is unexpected. Truly, you are in my heart Martina.
My heart aches for you sweet one. You will get through this...stay strong...stay hydrated. I live in Maine, USA...we have had some very hot days as well. It's perfectly fine to have days that you don't feel like creating. Take one day at a time. My thoughts are with you. Your creations are beautiful.
I'm so sorry about the Heat that is making so many people in Europe so miserable. I live in New Mexico and we get heat in the summertime at East and once in awhile 90s. But sell them in the hundreds. And my apartment has air conditioning so I feel like I am a very lucky lady. I hope and pray that you are able to move where there is air conditioning or get it in your building. I know how debilitating hot weather day after day can be especially if it's humid. It is very dry here in New Mexico and that does make a difference. I just love your master board it is so beautiful I will watch it again and try to make one along with you when I do

I live in Belgium and it's so hot here too. I get sick of the heat too. Luckily I got a mobile Ac a few years ago on sale and that's in my bedroom. Otherwise I go to sleep and wake up with a head ache. I hope this is able for you one day if they are available. I love your crafts. It's beautiful and just my style ♥️♥️
Been enjoying walks in the country as not too far from home from us in which were blessed by plus bumped into some friends of ours too for a coffee 😀 will be practicing drawing a Lion's head, a quilt for a friend, Christmas present as will be embroidered etc
It’s understandable that the heat makes us miserable! Try putting a frozen bottle of water in front of a small personal fan and see it that doesn’t help with cooling you down.

Martyna we feel your heat over here in Texas!! I have had the headaches too, I can't even go outside, it makes me physically ill. We just broke out of 100degree days. It's been so hot that the AC units can't even keep up. And our swimming pool has even been too hot to get into. I’m sorry you’re going through the heat. I live in Texas and several years ago we had a hurricane and no electricity for about two weeks. Our summers are always hot. So my pets and I really struggled. I literally slept on my tile floor because it was cooler. So then I struggled because it was so hard and I’m not a spring chicken. Can you buy a window ac unit over there? Or through Amazon maybe? I had to buy one when my ac went out, it worked great. Put it in my bedroom so at least I could sleep. Hope it cools off soon for you! 🙏

Im so sorry you havent been feeling well with the heat. I live in upstate NY, and really havent enjoyed this summer either. Many 90 degree days and lots of seasonal allergies. I take an antihistamine everyday. It helps a little. I hope you get relief soon. I really enjoy your videos!
Hello Martyna, 🙋♀️, I live in Wisconsin, the States. I totally understand how you feel with the heat. There has been many summers where I haven’t had AC. And I worked in factories that were twenty degrees (F) hotter than outside. And very high humidity. You do get sick. Even when you keep yourself hydrated. This is why I absolutely hate summer. A lot of people here in Wisconsin don’t understand that. And those are the ones who don’t work and have AC. Take care of yourself and stay safe. 😊 Hon.

The heat has been unbearable here too (UK), we are simply not used to it. My house gets extremely hot, I’ve been staying indoors with the curtains closed. Sitting with my feet in cold water, putting wet towels in the freezer, using a fan with a bottle of frozen water. I have health issues too which doesn’t help. I feel your pain Martyna. Feeling creative is not easy when you feel so uncomfortable. X
get a few AC window units from Amazon Martyna. They are not attached to the windows, so will not cause you a problem as a renter. You can remove them if/when you move and take them to your next place. Cindy

Sorry you are not coping with the heat. I live in Australia and we have very hot summers that last for months. If you are getting headaches, you are probably not drinking enough water. You must stay hydrated. A fan would help a bit. I have an Airconditioner. Best wishes, Judy.
I love how you have worked in your papers with the front page of the paper pad - it looks great! I've been making a journal from Amazon packaging, using collage for the cover. I've found that by using Mod Podge it protects the paper a lot - I was using some extremely fragile vintage paper which felt a bit crumbly, so to stabilise it I decided it would be worthwhile covering it with matte Mod Podge and it worked really well/ I'm still working on the pages, and am enjoying it very much. I was inspired by your video , so you can take lots of credit for it! I love your sweet accent, and your gentleness, you explain things so well, and I'm amazed at how brilliant your English is! I am struggling with the heat as well. I just do jigsaw puzzles and read books. I do have a mobile airco, but I can't afford to have it run. I will say, I coffee died a bit this morning and the paper was dry in about two seconds. So it's a good time to do that!
Suggestion: fill a large bucket with ice cubes and cold water and put your feet in it to cool off. I live in Canada and love 20 Celsius maximum. I hate the heat. I prefer the cold because when cold, it is possible to warm up but when hot, a person can be naked and still be suffering from the heat. Take care of yourself. xox
Probably not the best advice as far as teeth goes lol but we spend a month in florida a year and it gets up to 100° F and up when we are there and we also dont have ac... chewing on ice has been a life saver....I'm not even kidding. That or if you can order a fine mist mister, I did an outdoor market last summer and there was absolutely no breeze and we were scorching and we had a misting spray bottle and that and chewing on ice was able to keep our body temp down ♡♡♡

It makes me in a bad mood, I cannot function when it's hot or even warm outside. I'm so happy you got some rain today! We've been getting flooding due to monsoon season. In 2hrs it rained 1 3/4" which is a lot of rain all at once in the desert. Unfortunately several people passed away in the flood waters 😢.
