Asia you should put shade cloth on the plants that are suffering from too much sun. It should definitely help you. Take down the pool you will have more space also.
I love it! Everything looks beautiful! I cant wait to cook me some fried Green tomatoes 😋 and I roast my cherry tomatoes with herbs and garlic and eat them with pasta! 😊😊 Stay Blessed Asia! 🙏🏽🌱👩🏾🌾
Thank you! I need to make some fried green tomatoes. The cherry tomatoes and herbs sound delicious as well. Going to have to give that a try. Thanks for the comment!
You are just too cute!!! Love watching the videos. I’m in Florida 9b. Squash, Cushaw, Calendula, and a ton of sunflowers are in harvested beds to save the soil. Fall stuff starting September . 90 to 95 degrees on average. Fighting critters left and right. Truly love gardening. Hard, sweaty work.
I have tons on tomatoes but none have turned red 😪😮 Beautiful harvest by the way 🥰 PS : can I tell u a secret ... I garden in the rain ... No sun ... No bugs ... And the soil is super soft
Productive day! You are a true soldier killing that squash bug 😂! I have a million leaf footed bugs on my sunflowers and we bought the tennis rack zapper and that has been a game changer.
I am so glad you brought in the green tomatoes. Fried green tomatoes, green salsa, Green tomato relish, there's so many things you can make with the green ones, but they definitely ripen indoors. And I'll be having my first tomato sandwich today. 🍅 I can't wait.
It's #bltseason. But also SALSA season. Somethings off if I don't have tomatoes with every meal. I just live for this time of year. I just discovered your channel and am so grateful! I love small space urban gardening!!
BLTs are the reason we grow tomatoes. We do brandywines. We also enjoy a piece of Italian bread topped olive oil, salt pepper, prosciutto, basil and tomato.
Hi Aisa. Mrs C here. Been watching you for a while. I've learned a lot and enjoy watching you. I lost some tomorrow plants too. It been very hot here in Alabama. Look forward to seeing you new project. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Hi Asia I too have been harvesting my tomatoes as well. My jalapeno seeds did not sprout for me but I did get volunteer jalapeno and long pepper plants come so I'm waiting to see which variety they are. My beef steak tomato did not make it was very sad about that. Love your garden happy harvesting.
The heat is unbearable at times and really did a job on my garden. So I fully understand some of the things you're dealing with. The garden still looks great👍🏾💯😊
Loving your garden, you are so bold not covering up, what the secret keeping the mosquitos from biting you? I be dressing like a bee keeper keeping the mosquitos off of me.... Keep gardening, you inspire me 😊
Thank you! They do bother me sometimes. It’s not too bad most times though. I honestly don’t have a secret to keeping them off of me though. Thank you! I appreciate that very much 🤗.
I have been doing the fried green tomatoes which I love. My tomatoes have done so well this year. You are giving me tomato names that I will see if I can find. Love your garden.
That sounds yummy. I haven’t made any yet this year. I may have some tonight. Thanks for mentioning them. There are so many varieties and I want to try them all lol

Your garden is beautiful! Wow! You got a load of tomatoes! Cherokee Purple is my favorite tomato variety too! What kind of wire fencing are you using for your trellises?
Oh wow, can't wait to see updates on some of the transplants. I've been harvesting tomatoes lately here in Cali too. It finally got warm enough and enough sun where my tomatoes started ripening. I harvested a big bowl of tomatoes, mostly cherry tomatoes, midweek. More are ripening. I'll also have my first harvest of black raspberries this year!!
@YellowDoorUrbanHomestead Many thanks. I follow your lead one to two weeks later. I am also in growing zone 7b but in the NYC metropolitan region, so my temps. rise after yours..I think! Thanks for the tips and inspiration. You are a gem. Blessings to you and your family.
Hey! I ordered them from Amazon. www.amazon.com/JERIA-12-Pack-Vegetable-Aeration-Handles/dp/B07RY1QQNX?pd_rd_w=Q2BFQ&pf_rd_p=4e04dd4e-03a9-4188-9dfe-5f7b8bc15bcb&pf_rd_r=8FGA2QQE68KQREJCQTPH&pd_rd_r=c153b557-ed7e-4000-ab54-fd67a23a274f&pd_rd_wg=9S0Ng&pd_rd_i=B07RY1QQNX&th=1&linkCode=sl1&tag=mobile0a0292d-20&linkId=9c81c00fc644ad662dba622cf9bb91d9&language=en_US&ref_=as_li_ss_tl
If it’s going to rain I’ll pull them when they start to change colors. Blushing means the tomato isn’t fully ripe but the color is changing. I pull them before it rains to avoid cracking and splitting. You don’t have to do this, it’s just what I do. Hope this helps!
Good morning. I just started watching you recently. I enjoy your content so very much. I told my daughter-in-loves to watch you also. before I start asking questions I decided to just go through your videos to find my answers. Anyway, Peace and blessing and keep growing.
Everything looks amazing! I need to pick myself up some bacon too. 🤣 I’ve been having tomato sandwiches but they are definitely missing the bacon! Have you ever tried garlic aioli on your bacon and tomato sandwich?
Thank you! Lol the bacon kicks it up a notch. I haven’t tried it with garlic aioli but I’ve put some basil pesto on it. That’s delicious too. I’ll have to try that…thanks for the suggestion!
Awesome garden tour, Asia! Everything looks amazing! And those tomatoes, wow! My tomatoes are struggling with size, too small. As always, thanks for sharing!😊

Hello I love watching you and ur gardens and those beautiful tomatoes girl um gonna definitely get me some bacon ur doing a amazing job have a good day 💜🙏🏾💜🙏🏾💜
Awesome harvest 😊
GOD helped you out; with overcast sky and rain. That is the optimum time to transplant to reduce shock. Your garden is beautiful.
Hello Asia, maybe the peppers were stunted from going out too soon? You can overwinter them since they are in bags now. Good luck!
Hi! You maybe right. Hadn’t thought of that. I planted them all out at the same time though. I’m hoping to see some growth and fruit. 🤞🏾
Omg,no you didn’t squish the bug🙀. Asia everytime you push the leaves/ branches back without knowing what’s in the bushes i cringe🎉. I have a fear of snakes and most bugs.🤣🤣
Your garden is beautiful! Wow! You got a load of tomatoes! Cherokee Purple is my favorite tomato variety too! What kind of wire fencing are you using for your trellises?
Thank you! I used t-post and string for the tomatoes in bags and cattle panel for the cherry tomatoes. I cut the cattle panel to fit.
Have you ever watched LovelyGreens? She makes all kinds of soaps and salves and stuff.
I have watched her before. I like her channel.
❤ Amazing beautiful beautiful tomatoes. Whatever happened to your indoor hydroponic garden
Thank you! I have taken them down for the summer. I plan to use them when it’s way to cold to enjoy being in the garden.
Ooooo people are looking those Amish paste plants left n right
I have seen that too. I realized the plants I lost were sheboygans.
Hi Asia, hoping that you are well. You have mentioned that you are growing potatoes for the fall. What variety will you grow? Considering my options.
Hi! I plan to grow Yukon Gold and a red variety. Not sure of the variety just yet.
You should remove the fruit when you transplant. That way the plant concentrates on roots not fruit.
Good morning hon 😊
Hi 🤗
Could be plant rotation.
Hi sis, question where do you get your gardening bags.
Hey! I ordered them from Amazon.

How come you don't wait till the tomatoes are their full color? What do you mean by blushing?
If it’s going to rain I’ll pull them when they start to change colors. Blushing means the tomato isn’t fully ripe but the color is changing. I pull them before it rains to avoid cracking and splitting. You don’t have to do this, it’s just what I do. Hope this helps!
