1 lb of ground turkey
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 cloves of garlic
1/2 onion
1/4 bell pepper
2 and 1/2 tbsp ketchup
2 and 1/2 tbsp barq sauce
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/4 cup of milk
1 large egg
Sauce:
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of barbq sauce
1/4 cup of brown suage
1/4 tsp ground cumin.
Let meat sit after baking for 15 to 20 mins before cutting.

Here is a tip for cutting boards so u won’t get cut...put a wet towel under the cutting board so ur knife won’t slip on u & getting u cut.

I hVe never cooked meatloaf Until I found this recipe I am not a cook I really don’t like cooking but I was asked to make a fav food . The absolute best Turkey meat loaf I ever had was made with 100% beef.
What can I use instead of ketchup?
You can leave that out if you want.. or use a tbsp of tomato paste
How much milk u use?
