    I used to be an amateur bodybuilder with great posture. But as soon as I quit the gym and started distance running my posture got in bad shape and now every day I have pain in my neck bone. Although running had solved other health issues that I had in the past.

      It's always a game of balance. I lift weights (not to the point that I can call my self an amateur body builder), do jujitsu 3x/week, run for cardio, and am a 20 year chiropractic patient. Pain is a warning sign. Do you want us to help you find a good chiropractor in your area?

      @@chiropractorcharlotte yeah sure you can find me a chiropractor, but I guess we don't have one in my country.
