Ravelin is a 1986 Hylas 42, that has been well taken care of and upgraded to be the perfect coastal racer-cruiser.
Designed by German Frers and built by Queen Long Marine, the Hylas 42 has proven to be a fast, weatherly and yet comfortable racer/cruiser. She boasts a centerline queen in the aft stateroom, a surprisingly accommodating galley, and beautiful woodwork throughout the interior.
One of only 22 hulls ever made, Ravelin was “the brochure model” - as a matter of fact, after Frers production run with Queen Long Marine, (which ended in 1990), he went on to produce many similar boats for Swan.
This boat comes with tons of upgrades and extras! Whether you’re looking for a boat to race, or to spend weekends out on out in Catalina, she is set up for both!
