Before attempting any of these methods, it’s important to begin by thoroughly washing and drying your hands.
Whether you’re using daily disposable lenses or reusable ones, open the case or blister and gently scoop out the lens with your index finger.
Triple-check that you’re using the appropriate lens, as you may have different prescriptions for each eye.
Also make sure that the lens is oriented correctly - it should form a bowl shape. If it appears to have a "lip," it means it’s inside out. If the lenses appear dirty, give them a clean with contact lens solution before inserting them.

How happy she is doing her lenses, im nothing in comparison.
It takes me anywhere between 30-90 minutes and 4 mental health episodes.
By the time I'm done my eyes are stinging like the solution is freshly cut onion.
I have left and right lenses both eyes are different. I have really bad Astigmatism.
I look like I have been up for a 10 day rave in Ibiza after putting them in.
It costs me 114 pound per month for my my reusable lenses and solutions and eye drops.
I worked out if I live another 30 years I will have spent over 41k on my vision just so I can live normally.
