i hope tastemade gives byron a permanent spot on their channel! he did a great job on this segment. hes very well-spoken, charismatic, and professional. i would love to see you guys continue to collaborate with him :)
i live on the cape and just finding this recipe made me extremely happy...i look forward to making this with my family ! so happy you got the chance to visit my beautiful home! :)
I've never found a problem with his speech. He has a job to do, he does it incredibly well especially as he obviously has to somehow incorporate that God awful Cidre into each episode.
Hello 'professional' cook! I don't see any of ur 'successful' videos, let alone a successful UA-cam channel. Maybe you should get off this channel if you're gonna be so triggered.
This looks like a great recipe, but I can't help but laugh! Watching an American drink 'Cidre' from a wine glass! I live in the West Country of England, the home of cider. Please do not fall prey to 'Stella Artois' awful advertising. Cider should be drunk by the pint. LOL
that guy is such a sweetheart wish I had a grandpa like that both of mine have passed away :(
Love watching people collecting fresh produce and cooking them up in a wonderful way thanks for sharing Byron happy cooking Mark.
I hope Byron gets a season 2!!! He's the MAN!
i hope tastemade gives byron a permanent spot on their channel! he did a great job on this segment. hes very well-spoken, charismatic, and professional. i would love to see you guys continue to collaborate with him :)
What a lighthearted, friendly fellow Steve is. Maybe I'll be so lucky as to cross paths with him one day.

A thoroughly enjoyable trip! And I'd love to have been there to sample the finished clams.
I loved this season!! Thanks 🙏 1:28 I love that Steve he reminds me of my Grandpa Pat! 🤗
Doesn't have an oven. Pulls out a torch. This guy is great.

I want you back for next season!!
Byron deserves to be a permanent chef for tastemade!,
I enjoy each and every one.
stella artois has definitely hit the jackpot for their marketing
First time I've ever seen a stuffed clam where there's actual visible clam in it. Hope to see a 2nd season
wonderful incorporation of your stella endorsement
Can't wait til the next season : )
Definitely subscribing to your personal channel! Great series!
In Southern Russia (and also in Turkey) we usually use rice as a vehicle of stuffing.
Please don't take this series away!
Cool dude, great looking food, Cool series!
Steve is so enjoyable
SEASON 2 PLEASE!!!
I remember I use to find the clam at the beach when I was little, haha.
Steve is so sweet :)
Season 2 please!!!!!!!!!
Second season PLEASE
looks so yummy!!!!
No he can't be over!!
I would add some clam juice to moisten it more. And load more stuffing on the shells. Try cornbread stuffing with it. To die for.
Plz make a season 2!!! PLZZ
I want to go clamming and Steve is pretty cool haha
You should come to Maine...I've had Ben Sargent on my boat !
Any alternative to the alcohol? I really wanna try this recipe.. any suggestion would be helpful.. thanks.
Sara Hussain non-alcoholic beer.
Just for the season, though!
Im hungry now!
Come to New Bedford and have our world famous scallops...
youre clams are amazing love to get freshly clams...but in the chinese market they are frozen
byron has a personal channel where he cooks plenty of other dishes
My best friend and I go to Petaluma to go clamming we don't catch it like that way though
Bryon should've brought some stuffed clams over to Steve! :)
I can't have alcohol so is there a way without using alcohol but getting the same finish
non alcoholic beer?
Ahhhhhh, he's so cute!:)
New season pleeeaseee
That older gent seems like a cool dude
I've never found a problem with his speech. He has a job to do, he does it incredibly well especially as he obviously has to somehow incorporate that God awful Cidre into each episode.
Yuummmmm
nice
Please have a next season. Go outside America coastal or sth :)
Wait is his name steve or byron
omg that look delicious... =)
Every time I hear "Cidre" I think of Seadra.
I love this show, but i think you should also cook other things aside fish ecc...
Oh. Yuuuu,
Song in the begining?
Did steve go into the water with just shorts and his sneakers?? :O
When I heard quahog, I started thinking of Family Guy.
Yum
`I don't get the steaming the clams , with the veggies. any SAND that comes out of the shell is in the stuffing ! lazy cook.

anyone notice the tag on his hat???
it's his shellfish license fool
Mmmmmm looks yummy to meh :)
All that advertising is what pays for the videos. I'm guessing the makers of the cidre are their biggest backers.
Steve seems so cool. I'd love to hang with him :3
Show's great, the soundtrack is getting a little tired though.
He is married to a girl. She has an youtube account to, it is called check in the mirror
Steve's accent.
Byron, the stuffed clams look so delicious!!! And you, my friend, are SO handsome!!!!!!! Are you married?? If so, to a boy or a girl??
call em clams bro
i think the way he speaks is fine. you dont need to watch if his speech really bothers you that much, no one is making you.
It sucks that this is the finale :(
what in the name of god is Si-dray?!?!?!
MRMcLobster It is a hard apple cider. www.winemag.com/Best-Of-Year-2012/Drink-This-Now-Spanish-Sidra/
honestly, i think that this recipe will taste amazing, but why ruin an extremely fresh clam and put so much filler in it to make a stuffed clam?
First comment!

LOL
Wonderful presentation...horrible clams
