- What REALLY Happened To The Players Drafted AFTER Lebron James?
We always hear about the top-five picks of this draft and how the majority of those players will go down as first-ballot Hall of Famers... but what about the rest of the draft?

#lebronjames #nba
Calling this a top heavy draft isn't really fair - it was just SO heavy at the top. Steve Blake, Willie Green, Keith Bogans, Matt Bonner were second rounders who played long careers as significant role players who weren't mentioned.
T😅y
Wait willy green played😅
Crazy how Lebron is the only one still playing
Frrr
In the NBA yes but outside no since one of the other guys is still playing
And still one of the best in today NBA
So after he retires it's gonna be the last of anyone from 2003 and will probably be cemented as a legend of some legends in the draft (Bosh, Wade and Melo Specifically)
And melo lasted a long time too
Bosh had blood clots and it was an issue for him.
Had not if bosh had clots , he would likely have another rings or being a role player in the 2020s.
Agreed
FINALLY, someone going over the WHOLE draft class
Yessssiirrr!
You don’t know that Dwade was called Flash? It was a name Shaq gave to him for quickly he could attack the rim.
Darko Milicic, man the Pistons screwed that one hard, with Bosh, Anthony and Wade on the board
Literally! It would be a whole different story if they picked up one of them
Imagine that, Wade On The Pistons, Bosh on the Nuggets? Any of these instances could’ve happened, but we’ll never see what would have happened
The Pistons had Rip Hamilton who played the same position as Wade. They had Tayshaun Prince who played the same position as Melo. Chris Bosh woukd have been the big miss for Detroit. 4 of the top 5 will be hall of fame. Kaman was solid. Kirk Hinrich was solid.
Not only that, they also had Larry Brown as coach, who was notoriously allergic to playing rookies, kinda like coach Thibs of the Knicks is today.
Your videos have gelped me a lot getting into basketball, you deserve more subs
Glad to hear it
Melo was surrounded by defensive minded guys that allowed him to just focus on offense people forget Marcus Camby and Kenyon Martin was on that team.
A strictly 2003 line up of
Hinrich
Wade
Anthony
Bron
Bosh
Would have been an all encompassing dynasty. Its not far from the heatles so at least we got to sort of see thisn
Just watched ur 2010s draft video, now watching this one, can’t believe lebron James is in NBA, even back then they would call him “once in a generation player” & I am happy he was in my generation watched his HS career all the way to today, I will be pretty bummed out when he retires. He simply one of the greatest or maybe the greatest
I remember back in college when a guy said " I don't Know what Media is talking about Darko is going to be better than Lebron and Carmelo, every completely ignored them.
Lollll
D wade with those pistons woulda been a dynasty
Travis outlaw was a beast in 2k!
Keep uploading man
bro said just ask kobe💀
This video was very amazing!
Preciate you!
If Korver played now, he'd be an All Star
Kyle Korver money in Atlanta!!! That was a fun time to be a Hawks fan!
That 60 win hawks team was fire. I remember didn't they go like 20 or 21 games without losing in the beginning of the season, I remember it was something crazy like that
@@LockdownK I think you’re right. They used to get the most out of their role players. Kent Bazemore is my favorite unsung hero from back then. I was at a game in 2017 to take my two boys to go see King James play in person. The Hawks were down by 30 or close to it, late in the game. The Hawks brought in the bench, and slowly chipped away. They eventually tied it right at the end of the game on a Milsap rebound, and one it in Double OT. I did see Kyrie hit a shot at the very end of the game that over 75 feet. Great game!
Mannnn what a game to go too! I want to go to more NBA games myself, I've only been too 2 so far and they were the best days of my life for sure! Your sons will remember that forever!
Kye my guy with another viral video!!! Laabronnn Jaammesssss
Another honourable player in this class is Matt Bonner his 3pt % was above 40% was a decent role player
And the fact that there was a 74 foot center and a 7 foot 5 center drafted in the second round sadly they no had no potential .
wish u mentioned steve blake, mans was tough. love the video tho
Mo williams was definitely not the first all star bron played with
Big Z was an all-star in 2003 and 2005
Also shaq, Antwan jamison, larry hughes
Which was an Allstars when the played with Bron? I watched Jamison then and he was tragic. He hurt that team by taking up crazy money VS what he was putting in.. big z was OK but really go back and watch him..he was alright not Allstar caliber. League was a little down that point is how he got his lol. We are not even talking about shaq...that's a joke right ?
Mo was a 2 talent Allstar as well. Could easily not have been one himself
Zaza wasn’t a below average player
what was he then?
A very useful player who knew his strength and weakness.
2003 draft will be considered one of or if not the best draft in NBA history
SHAQ GAVE DWADE THAT NAME
Your great
Thank you!
Can we say that 2003 was the best draft class ever…?
everybody called wade flash 😂😂
LeBron probably got more minutes played than a whole draft class lol
Outside of the top 5 I'd be willing to see if that's true lolll
Ho going into his 21st season. He been to 10 finals and dragged the cavs to the finals all 7 times as the underdog. He will play more minutes than anyone ever.
8:55 Marcus Banks never played for the Rockets.
And Carmelo ruined his career with new York
I'd say New York did a bad job putting/keeping a good team around him
It was Shaq that named him flash
Yo we’re u in thunderstruck?
Not at all 😂
Melo just didn’t have the winner gene
9:14 *Semi-finals*
🇵🇱 Gościu doszedł do 29 miejsca więc brakuje to ”naszego”
You have to know why and who called Wade "The Flash"
Wh does half this class play or coach for the warriors at some point lol
Pretty much
Kobe never contemplated anybody? Go watch what he said about Russ, kid.
No joke i'd have to rewatch the video to see what I said loll, this was about a year ago now
chris kaman me
Is this zach lee
“I don’t know of a time wheb two guys from the same draft class won a championship together”
Dude, you JUST covered Mo Williams winnig with LeBron😂
"I don’t know if there’s an instance in an NBA history where two guys from the same draft class won a title together with one of them being the player and the other being the coach!"
Unless Mo Williams was a coach then....... 😂
Jokic was a tub of lard with no athletic ability when he was drafted so why should anyone be surprised he was drafted so late? What he had going for him was his amazing skills and genius-level bball IQ. He didn't pop off immediately but the Nuggets recognized his potential and traded away starting center Jusuf Nurkic so that Jokic would get the minutes he needed to develop into the player he is today.
Haha.. funny how you still didn't show Kobe saying anything about mel.. you out up a headline from yet another party...2:14 in.. if you say someone says something you put the clip in.. not what was written by my some one else... C'mon.. amateur
1996 draft was better..js
you sound like remble
😂😂😂😂 "It's Remble"
Melo has the most overrated nba career of all time
O
bro Dwayne Wade “The Flash” … I gotta unsubscribe strictly out of principle
Lol
As a Detroiter I can say the Darko pick does NOT haunt the Pistons, that pick led to them trading for Rasheed Wallace which might not have happened and it also led to winning a championship, these events are set in stone and no title may have happened otherwise, give me the for sure Championship over what couldve been.
Great point!
you guys could a picked Dwayne wade bosh David west or Melo and yall had other picks yall coulda traded either way
one ring in 35 years
there’s no way you haven’t heard of Dwayne “Flash” Wade
I swear i've never heard that haha
Wow i remember meeting lebron in highschool 😢 i had absolutely no idea he would become this
S/O to Piston Underdog Carlos Delfino. In his 40s and still holding it down overseas. 💯💯💯
Chris Kaman was lowkey nice in his career.
Very lowkey yeah
This draft class is not better than 96 class n arguable with the 84 class
You ain’t bring up wade first ring but video still raw
Brian cook went to my high school
How have you never heard him be called flash
I swear idk lol
"Chris Bosh is the only player from the 2003 Draft to be enshrined in the Hall Of Fame"
Literally talks about Dwyane Wade immediately after.
Definitely expected Outlaw to get arrested at some point but I guess I kinda hoped it would be from robbing old timey banks and riding a horse off into the desert
Man I really thought the 2003 was top heavy but so many roleplayers that shaped the 2010s. Such a great draft
agreed!
Labron James
when lockdown k uploads my day gets better 👍
Yessssir!
..they're all retired 😂😂😂
Underated channel
Kyle Korver is still my fave player 💪
Baller
Doodee Ebee
Your videos are great!!
