I recently received the same topper, same color. I find it very comfortable, lightweight, and don't have a problem with the clips, even though my bio hair is quite fine and thin. The only issue I have is the lace front doesn't stay flat since there is no clip in the middle to hold it down, as that's where the monofilament is. I'm going to get some lace tape and see if that helps, as I don't like glue. I trimmed about 2" off the length as I don't like hair past my shoulders and took a flat iron to the ends for a few seconds. Other than that, I'm very happy with the look and feel of this topper and don't think anymore would guess it's not all my hair.

Hi Elizabeth! It is totally normal for it to feel a bit strange the first time you try on a topper or wig. Ellen Wille is a brand that tends to be quite low density and light weight. Give yourself time to adjust to the new feeling and maybe you will discover that you love it even more than your bio hair😊 If you still feel like it is too much hair for you, you can definitely take it to your hair stylist to have it thinned out so it is customized to your liking.
This is a great topper, I use it stays to secure it and clip the back clips and keep the front clips flat and unfastened. Looks great in a ponytail too because of where the clips end , any lower and a high pony isn’t doable

I tried a similar topper from Jon Renau, longer, but same kind of base, couldn't make it work, tight on sides, puffed up on top, their regular easiparts work better for me
Hi, this topper does have a lace front and it will show if you push the bangs to the side or if they blow out of your face. However, this is a very realistic lace front so it would still be believable if it shows. This topper shouldn't be affected by makeup or sweating

Hate hate hate hate Lace fronts. I can understand if you one has no hair but soooooo itchy and you can’t pull hair out and blend. I would buy this if it wasn’t lace.

I turn the clips to face downward. Much more comfortable.
I always add clips n now add a velcro strip which helps a lot to secure it.
