Cheers, that’s great! More people need to visit. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Trust me you don't want to live there, the guy didn't mention the fact that is the second most dangerous city in Bulgariq, there are a lots of drugs human trafficking, and has very dangerous neighbouhs, every second kid there smokes and shi* you know

Love burgas. Went 2022 May and going back next month. My girlfriend is fluent born and bred Bulgarian so it makes the trip 10x much more better. I will live here one day I think, it's the perfect location. Prefer it much more than Varna and Sofia is out of the question. Plovdiv is probably 2nd on my list! Sarafovo is where I usually stay when I go to Burgas as it's right off the airport and the bus is only a couple lev into the city and it's a quiet area. Can also walk along the beach all the way into the city center which is pleasant.

As someone married to a Bulgarian, I could not agree more - it's much easier navigating Burgas or any Bulgarian city with someone who is familiar with the language/culture. I still haven't been to Plovdiv - next on my list! Also, thanks for the tip on the hotel near the airport! Cheers.

Hey, great video, do you think this place and activities are fit for a young couple? We are 23 y/o. Or is this more fit for a family trip

Equally fit for a young couple. Highly recommend Neptune if you want more of a club/nightlife experience. The experiences I highlighted are arguably even better WITHOUT kids. It's a great area to explore, and if you go, let me know how it goes!

Definitely fit for the young people. Especially the nightclubs and the seaside part of it. Sunny beach is definitely not for young families, it's mainly for party people. To go have fun and forget all your problems.

I’m going to Burgas for the first time for a month. I was then wanting to fly over to Greece (thinking this would be easy) it’s not! I can’t believe they don’t offer a flight to Greece from Burgas… it’s turned into a bit of a nightmare now… seems my option is to travel to Sophia to get a flight to Greece. I think you said in this video you have taken the bus before… is the journey ok from Burgas to Sofia? I’m worried if there is clips and the drivers drive fast 😅? Thanks very much for the video very very helpful , beautiful family also 😊

Hi Lola - the bus from Burgas to Sofia works very well. They only go on highways. The stops are clean. We took an early morning bus from Burgas to Sofia and it made only one stop. Even with a baby it was great.
As I said in the video, the flight options to and from Burgas need to improve, but the bus is a good alternative. Good luck and safe travels!

Have you any advice for my visit to Burgas in a couple of weeks. I would also like to get a couple of fillings at a dentist if that's possible.

@@xoslicky I’m sure growing up and living there is a completely different experience. I will say though that I’ve always enjoyed my time and have visited regularly since 2016. We have family there too who have never left and seem to love it. But to each their own!

@@xoslicky I could say the same about London. Being from London, I bet loads of Bulgarians love London but as someone who lives here the best thing to do is Leave. You can say it about anywhere. It's all preference at the end of the day.
