You answered my question in less than 2 min into video lol. I've watched almost all the videos on this JBL 600 series and you guys explained its bluetooth functionality and the difference about it not being able to do bluetooth streaming. No one else mentions that you cannot stream directly through bluetooth. Thank you for the clarification. Nice video!
I just bought this speaker through Amazon and I didn’t know that you couldn’t stream music directly through Bluetooth, what would I need to use it? An adapter or a mixer?
Hi Jonathan, You would need an external Bluetooth receiver/adapter. We have several affordable options here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html We also have a video going over some favorites here: ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html Contact our Sales Engineer Team to discuss which one would work best for your needs and budget at 888-256-4112 or email sales@proacoustics.com. We'd be happy to help!
Hi there! The app is called "EON Connect" play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US I've added this to the description as well. We're glad that you're happy with your speakers!
If you’re looking to stream music from your device, an external Bluetooth receiver or adapter is a great solution! It’s simple to set up and connects easily to most audio systems. We have a selection of affordable options that work well for most spaces here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html. Hope this helps!
Unfortunately, the JBL EON10 doesn't have built-in Bluetooth, but you can still make it Bluetooth-compatible using an external Bluetooth adapter. You can find a range of options here: www.proacousticsusa.com/live-sound-equipment/accessories/bluetooth-receivers-transmitters.html. We also have an older video covering some excellent products: ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html. All of these are still viable options, except the Galaxy Audio JIB/BT4R, which has now been replaced by the JIB/BT8R.
Question: I want add another set of EON. Now that the EON7xx is out will the EON6xx work with the JBL Pro connect app? Or should I try to find some additional EON6xx speakers and stay with EON connect app?
We recommend contacting JBL support directly with this question: jblpro.com/en/support They will be able to provide the most current information on crossover compatibility.
Hi Christian, You can use a Bluetooth audio receiver like these: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html We also have a video on a few of our favorites that explain what they are best used for. ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html You could also use an interconnect cable with your phone's audio output to stream directly to these speakers. The Hosa CMS-105 is a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRS cable that you could use. However, if your phone doesn't have a 1/8" output then you would need to have your adapter as well. Hope this helps!
Hello, The biggest differences are that the IRX112BT has more power, 1300 Watts, and allows you to stream music over Bluetooth. The EON612 is 1000 Watts and is only has Bluetooth control, it does not allow for stream music. I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
Hi Brett, They are both good products. We'd love to talk with you more about the differences in their performance and which one might be better for your specific needs. Give our Sales Engineers a call at (888) 256-4112 or email sales@proacoustics.com
Hi there! If you are referring to the Bluetooth password, sadly, there is not. The password is there to prevent anyone from hijacking the Bluetooth connection and streaming unauthorized audio that you don't want over your speakers. Give us a call at (888) 256-4112, email sales@proacoustics.com or visit proacousticsusa.com if we can help with anything else.
Many thanks for this video, Guitar Center is not informed. Still very happy with JBL speaker, Guitar Center just needs to spend time with this equipment and understand the current blue tooth limits, and then sell the correct pairing equipment so u can actually stream music from ur phone thru the speaker system. Baby steps.
Hi Jonathan, Thanks so much for watching! We're glad you are happy with your speaker despite any confusion. Feel free to let us know if you need any audio assistance in the future. We'd be more than happy to help! www.proacousticsusa.com
Hi Trajan, There are a few factors that can play a role here. If you'd like, you can give us a call at (888) 256-4112 or email sales@proacoustics.com and a Sales Engineer would be happy to talk more about your needs and make a recommendation for you.
Hi Scotty, Thanks so much for watching! You can use an interconnect cable with your phone's audio output to stream directly to these speakers. The Hosa CMS-105 is a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRS cable that you could use. If your phone doesn't have a 1/8" output then you would need to have your adapter as well. Hope this helps! If you need a quote for any of these feel free to email sales@proacosutics.com or call (888) 256-4112
Hi Derrel, You should just need to run a traditional male to female XLR cable from the master output on the Pioneer DDJ 800 to the JBL EON612. We're fans of the CBI MLN XLR cables: www.proacousticsusa.com/cbi-mln-performer-series-xlr-microphone-cable.html Hope this helps!
Hi guys I bought a pair of JBL Eon 712 Bluetooth, I have a few questions; 1) how do I get volume control with the app, 2 how do I connect 2 speakers together with bluetooh
Hi there! Here is a quick start guide on how to setting up the app. From there, you should be able to find what you need within the app. jblpro.com/en/site_elements/eon700-series-quick-start-guide-9ad0e272-ac3f-4e1d-8e09-53b60149cfd5
Hi Alex, Yes, this speaker would be great for a weight room. You can easily plug in a cable to connect your smart phone or personal device to the speaker. Or, if you'd rather, the newer IRX line from JBL has built in Bluetooth streaming. Check out our system linked below with 2 powered IRX speakers used in a number of weight rooms across the country. Let us know if we can help provide a quote or a system solution at sales@proacoustics.com or 888-256-4112. www.proacousticsusa.com/weight-room-sound-system-with-2-jbl-irx112bt-powered-bluetooth-speakers-and-samson-airline-99m-ah9-fitness-headset.html
What’s the name of the cable for the aux cord plz? I just rented it for a birthday party tomorrow and I really need to get it set up. I assumed you just took a regular ox cord so I bought a iPhone Converter but the end of my ox cord doesn’t plug into the back
Hi Rafael, These speakers have 2 XLR-1/4” combination inputs. The Hosa CMS-105 is a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRS cable that you could use. If your phone doesn't have a 1/8" output then you would need to have your adapter as well. I hope this is helpful.
You need to download the "EON Connect" app on your mobile phone. You can download it from Google Play using the following link: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US. Please note that these speakers do not support Bluetooth streaming. The app only allows for control via Bluetooth.
Hi Diego, To Bluetooth stream to a JBL EON 600 Series speaker, you could use a Bluetooth transmitter or receiver. We have a new video that goes over these and a few of our favorite products: ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html (see description for product links) Since the iPhone 11 doesn't have a headphone jack, you could also purchase something like this adapter www.apple.com/shop/product/MMX62AM/A/lightning-to-35-mm-headphone-jack-adapter, and then use a 3.5 mm to 1/4" cable like the Hosa CMS-105. If you'd like more guidance feel free to email sales@proacoustics.com or call (888) 256-4112.
I've got two eon 615 speakers, i've followed this guide to the T and tried every combination I could think of and the app won't pair. My bluetooth radio can see them but the app doesn't.
Hi James, We would recommend contacting JBL support directly with this issue: jblpro.com/en/support They will be able to help you troubleshoot further.
For volume control, you can either adjust it directly through the app on your smartphone or by tweaking the gain settings on the back of the speakers themselves.
Thank you for reaching out. It's unfortunate to hear about the issues you're facing with your JBL speakers. We suggest you contact JBL customer support directly for troubleshooting and diagnosis. You can reach them at 844-776-4899 or jblpro.com/support/tech_support?geo=us.
Hi, I have the 715 eon speakers....2 questions.... I did the firmware update...speakers are definitely louder than they were (Bluetooth only) without clipping ..but when I hook them up to the mixer via xlr cables...back to peaking at low levels again 😩....send help!
Hi there, We are sorry to hear that you are still having this issue. We would recommend contacting JBL support directly for further assistance and troubleshooting jblpro.com/support/tech_support
When I first purchased I taught was blue tooth streaming but wasn't I purchased and external bluetooth device and my boxes are playing better than before..
Thank you for being so helpful. I received it as a gift and didn't know how to use it and felt shy asking how to connect this into a device or if the product is faulty. Still have to figure out how to connect to it though. But thanks, I now made sure that I can't get my Iphone to stream music to the speakers.
If you want to connect your phone to stream music, you can get an external Bluetooth receiver/adapter. We have several affordable options here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html
Why EON series comes with a built-in fuse? One of the biggest problem we have is to connect into a wrong voltage, since is a key change ,not native bivolt, when it could be external? This sucks a lot.
Hi Lennie, If your JBL professional speaker does not provide Bluetooth audio streaming, you should be able to use a 3.5mm headphone jack cable to 1/4" or XLR cable to connect your iPad to the speaker.
Hello, the first day I used this app my speaker was displaying normally. The next day when I opened my speaker the bluetooth button started flashing from my speaker for about 10 minutes and then stopped. After I entered the application my speaker did not appear, could you help me how can I locate my speaker in the application?
Hay together We have EON 615 but when we try to connect, it ask me a assosiacion number on the phone, on tablet it works, do you now what happen??? Thanks best wishes from Italy
Hi Antonio, If you are using an Android device the only way to connect to your EON Speaker is via the EON Connect app and not via the Android’s Bluetooth Settings. The app should be available in your preferred app store. JBL also provides more information on connecting with the Android EON Connect app here: jblpro.com/en-US/softwares/eon-connect-android Hope this helps!
I used wireless microphones with the JBL EON 12 speakers, and when I turned the microphone on, I heard a noise in the speakers, and now the speakers don't sound clear; how can I fix it?
Hi Maria, You will want to make sure that you adjust the sensitivity button on your JBL speaker's input to the corresponding level if you're using the line-level output or the mic level output on the wireless mic receiver. If using a line-level input with the button pushed in (for mic level), that will cause a distorted signal. For more information on that process, consult your speaker's manual. If your speaker continues to have issues, you should contact the manufacturer to see if a repair is needed. You can contact JBL directly here: jblpro.com/en/support Best of luck, and let us know if we can help with any future audio needs!
Hi Anthony, Unfortunately, you can not play music through the app. The Bluetooth app is for control only. If you want to stream music to the speaker, you will need an external Bluetooth receiver/adapter. We have several affordable options here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html
Hi there, The code should be 0000 or 1111 but if neither of those work for you we'd recommend contacting JBL support directly: jblpro.com/en-US/support We hope you're able to get this resolved soon so you can enjoy your new speakers!
The Bluetooth PIN should be 0000 or 1111. However, it's recommended to connect to your EON speaker using the app rather than through your phone's Bluetooth settings. The app, called 'EON Connect,' is available in your device's app store. You can find it on Google Play here: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US. If you're still unable to resolve the issue, I recommend contacting JBL support directly: 844-776-4899 jblpro.com/support/tech_support
Just bought 2 eon 615 and got them home and hooked them up to my LG G7 slim Q phone with my 3.5 headphone jack and they sound , not loud and muffled like one channel is not working? So I plugged into my mp3 player a,d got the same. I just bought these used. They should get real loud I would hope but im not getting loud clear sound. Do I need a mixer? My headphones some good and I listen,to them on my phone daily. I will admit I'm not smart with computers.
Hi Rob, Here are a couple of suggestions to help you troubleshoot your issue. 1. Try another cable. 3. Try hooking up just one side of the stereo cable or selecting a mono output from your phone in the settings. Combining left and right inputs can sometimes cause "phasing issues" which negatively impacts the sound. I hope this helps. If you continue to have issues I'd recommend contacting the company you purchased the speakers from for further troubleshooting and possible warranty assistance.
The app for the JBL EON Series speakers is called "EON Connect" and can be found in your device's app store. Link to the app on Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US
Hi Indigo, We're sorry you're having issues with your speaker. With this issue, we'd recommend reaching out directly to JBL tech support. They'd know best about the firmware update and any known issues. jblpro.com/en/support We wish you the best of luck!
Unfortunately, you cannot connect the JBL EON One Compact to an EON 600 series speaker with Bluetooth or the App. However, you can connect them using a standard audio cable. Don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions! www.proacousticsusa.com/jbl-pro-eon-one-compact-portable-bluetooth-pa-speaker.html
Hi Clay, The JBL EON 600 line are powered speakers, which means they have a built-in amplifier and fan for cooling. If the fan or vent gets clogged then you could run into an issue, but under normal operating conditions you shouldn't have any issues operating the speakers for hours every day. That being said, I would recommend turning them off when not in use. I hope this helps! Feel free to reach out with any other questions or concerns.
Hi Alejandro, That's correct. The JBL EON 600 Series speakers have Bluetooth control but do not stream music via Bluetooth. Here are two popular ways to play music with your JBL EON speaker: 1. You can use an interconnect cable with your phone's audio output to stream directly to these speakers. The Hosa CMS-105 is a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRS cable that you could use. If your phone doesn't have a 1/8" output then you would need to have your adapter as well. 2. To Bluetooth stream to a JBL EON, you need to add a Bluetooth audio receiver. There are many out there, but you could easily use something like the Harman Kardon BTA 10 www.proacousticsusa.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=BTA+10. I hope this helps! If you need a quote for any of these feel free to email sales@proacosutics.com or give us a call at (888) 256-4112.
The speaker supposed show up in my bluetooth connection? . Like i said the bluetooth on the speaker stays on for a few minutes and then goes off i need help keeping them connected!
Hi @@edwintovar2095 The Bluetooth has a maximum effective range of 30ft in the best of conditions. If you are having issues keeping the Bluetooth connected we recommend keeping the device within 10ft of the speaker. We hope this helps!
Do you know how many people buy this sooo disappointed that it doesn’t stream music from a phone. All your other products do but this one doesn’t. How many have you had sent back? I’m gonna send mine back. Damn near everything connects to Bluetooth. But this
Hi Brad, We certainly understand your frustration and as an authorized dealer for JBL we've come across this question many times. However, the JBL EON 600 Series are still great speakers that we highly recommend. If you are interested, there are some Bluetooth adapters that would allow you to Bluetooth stream audio so you could still enjoy the other features and quality of your speaker. You could easily use something like the Harman Kardon BTA 10 External Bluetooth Adapter www.proacousticsusa.com/harman-kardon-bta-10-external-bluetooth-adapter.html You may also look at the C2G 41321 www.proacousticsusa.com/c2g-41321-bluetooth-audio-receiver-with-nfc.html Or the Hosa IBT-402 www.proacousticsusa.com/hosa-ibt-402-drive-bluetooth-audio-interface-transmitter-receiver.html If you'd like more guidance on making the best purchase for your needs feel free to email sales@proacoustics.com or call (888) 256-4112. Wishing you the best of luck!
Hi there Mike, To hook up two JBL EON612 speakers you'll plug your input source into the primary speaker and then wire from the XLR output to the second speaker's input in the line level setting. Let me know if this helps! Feel free to reach out directly at sales@proacoustics.com or give us a call (888) 256-4112
I connected a mic directly to the eon 610 but hardly any sound coming from the speaker, I have the mic setting engaged and the gains are all the way to the right fully but hardly any sound
Hi Arthur, We'd recommend you 1. confirm that you have the input on the mic setting. 2. If that does not resolve the issue, try the other input on the mic setting. 3. If that doesn't resolve it, try another microphone/mic cable. 4. If that still does not resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting JBL technical support or the location where you purchased the unit to see if there are additional steps you can take to resolve the issue. jblpro.com/en/support We hope this helps and you're able to resolve this issue!
Hi Morgan, Unfortunately, the JBL EON 600 Series speakers do not have Bluetooth streaming. The Bluetooth is for control ONLY through the "EON Connect" app. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions. Thanks for watching!
Hi there, The JBL Connect app is for Bluetooth control only, it does not support Bluetooth wireless music streaming. We hope this helps clear things up.
Hello Robin, The pin should be 0000 or 1111, but if neither of those work for you, we'd recommend contacting JBL support directly: jblpro.com/en-US/support
Hi Jack, The app is called EON Connect play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions!
You’re right, there’s been a lot of confusion around the Bluetooth capabilities of the JBL EON 600 Series speakers since the Bluetooth is for controls only and does not allow you to Bluetooth stream your audio. It’s still a great speaker that we highly recommend and you can easily add a Bluetooth adapter as you’ve mentioned. We hope you enjoy it!
Hi there, To Bluetooth stream to a JBL EON 600 Series speaker, you could easily use something like the Harman Kardon BTA 10 External Bluetooth Adapter www.proacousticsusa.com/harman-kardon-bta-10-external-bluetooth-adapter.html You may also look at the C2G 41321 www.proacousticsusa.com/c2g-41321-bluetooth-audio-receiver-with-nfc.html Or the Hosa IBT-402 www.proacousticsusa.com/hosa-ibt-402-drive-bluetooth-audio-interface-transmitter-receiver.html If you'd like more guidance on making the best purchase for your needs feel free to email sales@proacoustics.com or call (888) 256-4112. Wishing you the best of luck and thanks for watching!
@@jeanettesoto5697 For the Harman Kardon BTA 10 you'll need a 3.5mm TRS to 1/4" TRS adapter or cable. The Hosa GPM-103 adapter would be a very affordable option. Feel free to email sales@proacoustics.com or give us a call at (888) 256-4112 and a Sales Engineer would be happy to make sure you get the right solution.
Hello Daniel, Thanks for watching! To bluetooth stream to a JBL EON, you just need to add a Bluetooth audio receiver. There are many out there, but you could easily use something like the Harman BTA10 www.proacousticsusa.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=BTA+10. We currently have some on clearance if you're looking for a great deal. You'll also need to adapt the 1/8" or RCA cable to 1/4" using an adaptor (not included) and connect to one of the two line level inputs (push the button "out" for line level). The Bluetooth receiver is light enough that you can velcro or mount it to the back of the speaker, and you'll be ready to go! Hope this helps and let us know if you have any other questions!
Guys, this needs to be much more direct. THIS SPEAKER DOES NOT BLUTOOTH MUSIC FROM AN EXTERNAL DEVICE. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE PHANTOM POWER, WHICH ELIMINATES A NUMBER OF BLUTOOTH ADD-ONS. I recommend a mixer. go from there.
Hi William, Thanks for watching and sharing your feedback. You are correct, there are applications that may require a mixer or other hardware. However, there are some applications where a simple dynamic microphone and a wired input source is all that is needed. It was the primary goal of this video to hopefully address the confusion about the Bluetooth streaming vs Bluetooth control, which is still a valuable feature we wanted to go into. Thanks again for your feedback and for watching!
Hi Scotty! From your mixer, you want to connect to the input of the JBL EON612 speaker. Next, connect from the "thru" on the EON612 speaker to "IN 1" on the EON618S sub. If you have two EON612 speakers repeat this but connect the "thru" on the second EON612 to "IN 2" on the EON618S. You can download their user guide here as well: jblpro.com/en/site_elements/eon600-users-guide I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to let us know if we can help with anything else.
Hi there, Connect to your EON Speaker via the EON Connect app and not via the phones Bluetooth Settings. The app should be available in your preferred app store. play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US If you are not able to resolve this issue with that app, we recommend contacting JBL support directly: jblpro.com/en-US/support
Hi there! From your mixer, you want to connect to the input of the first JBL IRX112 speaker. Next, connect from the "thru" on the first IRX112 speaker to "IN 1" on the second IRX112. El PIN de Bluetooth debe ser 0000 o 1111. Sin embargo, se recomienda conectarse a su altavoz EON usando la aplicación en lugar de a través de la configuración de Bluetooth de su teléfono. I have 4 EON 712 speakers, we use it for Open air cinema projections. I connect via XLR, and sometimes people connect with their phone to the speaker in the middle of the projection and play music. And we are not able to do anything about it. We cannot turn off bluetooth. I tried in the menu, I tried the app, I tried firmware update... I cannot do anything. Please someone help.
Hi there! We are unable to confirm if you can turn off the Bluetooth function on the JBL EON 712 or not. We recommend contacting JBL support directly for further assistance with this issue. jblpro.com/en-US/support
Hi Troy, Thanks for watching! The JBL EON 600 Series speakers are equipped with Bluetooth control only. However, To stream audio to a JBL EON, you just need to add a Bluetooth audio receiver. Good afternoon sir....yesterday i got eon 610...... After 30 to 40 min of playing....this speaker's back side is heating.. ...is this any problem sir..?
Hi Rajesh, This is likely the built in amplifier powering the speaker, which will produce some heat. However, if you are concerned please contact JBL support directly as they'll be able to best assist you with this. Thanks for watching and feel free to reach out anytime at sales@proacoustics.com or call (888) 256-4112

After i update firmware, i cannot connect the Bluetooth, seach in app cannot detecting , but without app the device detecting, but stil cannot connect And need bluetooth password
I ran into trouble today when I swiped the red button placed on right of power input. I operated it when the speaker was in use. Now speaker doesn't power on at all. Any help on this troubleshooting is highly appreciated.
Hi there! I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues. We recommend contacting JBL support directly: jblpro.com/en/support They will be able to best assist you with resolving this.
Thanks for watching! The Bluetooth can be very useful for control, as not all speakers have that capability, but yes, it's a bit confusing. We're glad you found the video helpful!
Muchas gracias
Hello Joaquín, Your cable may be attempting to sum the output of your device to mono, which is causing phasing cancellations. Try going into your audio settings and outputting mono rather than stereo. I hope this helps with the issue. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Hi Peter, Yes, we've seen some confusion around this. However, the JBL EON 600 Series are still great speakers and there are Bluetooth adapters that would allow you to Bluetooth stream audio so you could still enjoy the other features and quality of the speaker. Let us know if you have any questions about that. Thanks for watching!
It's a comp-159 it plugs into your phone to the back input but I can only get one side of the channels out of the sound there for if you don't have a mic and guitar intention then don't buy this
You can use a cord that goes from 1/4-in to to headphone-style pin and then just plug in your phone and plug the quarter inch in the back of the speaker in one of the inputs. There you go
Hola, ¡Gracias por ver! No estoy seguro. Le recomendaría que se ponga en contacto directamente con el soporte de JBL. Deberían poder brindarle una mejor respuesta.
Hi Edwin, Sorry to hear that you are having issues. Try the following for the initial set up: 1. Install the JBL EON Connect app to your device from the Google Play Store. 2. Factory reset the JBL EON Connect speaker. 3. Press the Sync button on the speaker. If you continue to have issues you may need to reach out to JBL support directly as they’ll be able to better assist with further troubleshooting. We hope this helps and wish you the best of luck!

Nice video!
We get this question a lot. We're so glad it was helpful for you!
What application did you use?
@@jesellemaed.macario1251 i ended up using an external bluetooth adapter connected to my mixer.
Yeah that part. I had everything else done, I just thought something was wrong with the app
I've had the EON 610 in the bin for a while now, I am taking it on the gig today. Thanks, guys, this was helpful.
So glad you found it helpful! Thanks for watching!
thanks for clarifying that its not for streaming audio
Thank you so so much. This helped me alot
We are so glad that you found it helpful!
I just bought this speaker through Amazon and I didn’t know that you couldn’t stream music directly through Bluetooth, what would I need to use it? An adapter or a mixer?
Hi Jonathan, You would need an external Bluetooth receiver/adapter. We have several affordable options here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html
We also have a video going over some favorites here: ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html

Name of the app you use for Bluetooth control, I own one those. And by the way, they are an excellent piece of equipment
Hi there! The app is called "EON Connect" play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US
I've added this to the description as well.
We're glad that you're happy with your speakers!
Thanks. I was trying to stream thru it & couldn't understand why that wasn't working 😅
Thanks very helping me, operate the EON❤
What is best way to stream Bluetooth for music?
If you’re looking to stream music from your device, an external Bluetooth receiver or adapter is a great solution! It’s simple to set up and connects easily to most audio systems. We have a selection of affordable options that work well for most spaces here: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html. Hope this helps!
Hi Guys, can the JBL EON10 G2 be used as a bluetooth speaker?
What Bluetooth audio receiver would I need for this speaker to pair my phone to this speaker and use music off my phone,
would this even work?
Hi Christian,
You can use a Bluetooth audio receiver like these: www.proacousticsusa.com/commercial-sound-equipment/commercial-audio-electronics/bluetooth-receivers-transmitter.html
We also have a video on a few of our favorites that explain what they are best used for. ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html
You could also use an interconnect cable with your phone's audio output to stream directly to these speakers. The Hosa CMS-105 is a 1/4" TRS to 1/8" TRS cable that you could use. However, if your phone doesn't have a 1/8" output then you would need to have your adapter as well.
Hope this helps!
Please, does the eon app work offline, or it needs Internet to function/for control
Hello, Yes, the app should work offline as long as your device has Bluetooth enabled.
Can this product connect to smart tv via Bluetooth, is it gonna have a delay between the sound and video?thanks❤
Unfortunately not. These speakers are not designed to be paired with home AV equipment.
I have the same speaker..did you say that Bluetooth is not to play music ?
Yes, that's correct. These speakers do not support Bluetooth streaming for music. The Bluetooth functionality is for control purposes only.
What are the differences between IRX112BT and EON612 and what is between them ??

Hello,
The biggest differences are that the IRX112BT has more power, 1300 Watts, and allows you to stream music over Bluetooth.
The EON612 is 1000 Watts and is only has Bluetooth control, it does not allow for stream music.
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other questions.
What are your thoughts between the eon615 and the zlx-15bt?
Hi Brett, They are both good products. We'd love to talk with you more about the differences in their performance and which one might be better for your specific needs. Give our Sales Engineers a call at (888) 256-4112 or email sales@proacoustics.com
Is there a way you can connect to your laptop without requiring a password?

Yes, this speaker would be great for a weight room. You can easily plug in a cable to connect your smart phone or personal device to the speaker.
Hey guys so what exact cable or device would I need to connect my iOS 11 so I can stream through my device ? Thanks I love this speaker
Hi Diego,
To Bluetooth stream to a JBL EON 600 Series speaker, you could use a Bluetooth transmitter or receiver. We have a new video that goes over these and a few of our favorite products: ua-cam.com/video/JuB46LM_Yxg/v-deo.html (see description for product links)
Since the iPhone 11 doesn't have a headphone jack, you could also purchase something like this adapter www.apple.com/shop/product/MMX62AM/A/lightning-to-35-mm-headphone-jack-adapter, and then use a 3.5 mm to 1/4" cable like the Hosa CMS-105.

If you are using an Android device the only way to connect to your EON Speaker is via the EON Connect app and not via the Android’s Bluetooth Settings. I used wireless microphones with the JBL EON 12 speakers, and when I turned the microphone on, I heard a noise in the speakers, and now the speakers don't sound clear; how can I fix it?
Hi Maria,
You will want to make sure that you adjust the sensitivity button on your JBL speaker's input to the corresponding level if you're using the line-level output or the mic level output on the wireless mic receiver. If using a line-level input with the button pushed in (for mic level), that will cause a distorted signal. For more information on that process, consult your speaker's manual. If your speaker continues to have issues, you should contact the manufacturer to see if a repair is needed.
You can contact JBL directly here: jblpro.com/en/support
Best of luck, and let us know if we can help with any future audio needs!

Eon612 Bluetooth pin ?
The Bluetooth PIN should be 0000 or 1111. However, it's recommended to connect to your EON speaker using the app rather than through your phone's Bluetooth settings. The app, called 'EON Connect,' is available in your device's app store. You can find it on Google Play here: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US.

Hi Rob,
Here are a couple of suggestions to help you troubleshoot your issue.
Or simply a hard reset by selecting the eq and boot button

Hi Clay,
The JBL EON 600 line are powered speakers, which means they have a built-in amplifier and fan for cooling. If the fan or vent gets clogged then you could run into an issue, but under normal operating conditions you shouldn't have any issues operating the speakers for hours every day. That being said, I would recommend turning them off when not in use.

I connected to the app but can’t stream music
Hi Alejandro,
That's correct. The JBL EON 600 Series speakers have Bluetooth control but do not stream music via Bluetooth.
Here are two popular ways to play music with your JBL EON speaker:

Hi @@edwintovar2095

Hi Brad, We certainly understand your frustration and as an authorized dealer for JBL we've come across this question many times. However, the JBL EON 600 Series are still great speakers that we highly recommend. If you are interested, there are some Bluetooth adapters that would allow you to Bluetooth stream audio so you could still enjoy the other features and quality of your speaker.

Hello Daniel,
Thanks for watching!

You can download their user guide here as well: jblpro.com/en/site_elements/eon600-users-guide
I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to let us know if we can help with anything else.
my cell is requesting a bluetooth pinecode i've tried 1234 and 0000 still it wont connect on my jbl eon 612 plz help
Hi there, Connect to your EON Speaker via the EON Connect app and not via the phones Bluetooth Settings. The app should be available in your preferred app store. play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jbl.eonconnect&hl=en_US
If you are not able to resolve this issue with that app, we recommend contacting JBL support directly: jblpro.com/en-US/support

How do i link jbl irx112 together
Hi there!
From your mixer, you want to connect to the input of the first JBL IRX112 speaker. Next, connect from the "thru" on the first IRX112 speaker to "IN 1" on the second IRX112.
You can find the user guide for this speaker series here: jblpro.com/en/site_elements/irx100-series-user-s-guide-english
I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to let us know if we can help with anything else.
@@ProAcoustics I was trying to link them via Bluetooth thank u

Hi there, If you are using an Android device the only way to connect to your EON Speaker is via the EON
Connect app and not via the Android’s Bluetooth Settings. The app should be available in your preferred app store. JBL also provides more information on connecting with the Android EON Connect app here: jblpro.com/en-US/softwares/eon-connect-android

What external Bluetooth device do I need for my new 610 speakers
Hi William,
There are several external Bluetooth devices that you could use with your JBL EON 600 Series speakers.
There is the Harman Kardon BTA 10 External Bluetooth Adapter www.proacousticsusa.com/harman-kardon-bta-10-external-bluetooth-adapter.html
You may also look at the C2G 41321 www.proacousticsusa.com/c2g-41321-bluetooth-audio-receiver-with-nfc.html
Or the Hosa IBT-402 www.proacousticsusa.com/hosa-ibt-402-drive-bluetooth-audio-interface-transmitter-receiver.html

@@ProAcoustics Yeah ,thanks, I contacted them. It cannot be turned off. I do not recommend buying those speakers for professional use.
How can you connect bluetooth streaming from my cellular device??
Hi Troy,
Thanks for watching!
The JBL EON 600 Series speakers are equipped with Bluetooth control only. However, To stream audio to a JBL EON, you just need to add a Bluetooth audio receiver. There are many out there, but you could easily use something like the Harman BTA 10 www.proacousticsusa.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=BTA+10.

Muchas gracias
Hello Joaquín, Your cable may be attempting to sum the output of your device to mono, which is causing phasing cancellations. Try going into your audio settings and outputting mono rather than stereo. I hope this helps with the issue. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
That's it now I now
No streaming? That sux.....
Hi Peter,
Yes, we've seen some confusion around this. However, the JBL EON 600 Series are still great speakers and there are Bluetooth adapters that would allow you to Bluetooth stream audio so you could still enjoy the other features and quality of the speaker. Let us know if you have any questions about that.
Thanks for watching!
I hope no one in the crowd or dance floor can Connect Bluetooth on their advice and play their own music
These speakers do not have Bluetooth streaming. The Bluetooth is for control ONLY, and this requires the EON Connect app and/or a secure PIN.
It's a comp-159 it plugs into your phone to the back input but I can only get one side of the channels out of the sound there for if you don't have a mic and guitar intention then don't buy this
Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to watch and share your feedback. We appreciate it!
So what device can i use to play music out of these speakers ?
You can use a cord that goes from 1/4-in to to headphone-style pin and then just plug in your phone and plug the quarter inch in the back of the speaker in one of the inputs. There you go
@@davieboy1970 but why is the quality so bad for me

Compré una EON 615 por Amazon al momento de conectar mi smartfon por medio de Auxiliar y poner música se escucha muy bajo y por mas que subo el volumen no se escucha en su máximo. Cómo puedo solucionar el problema?
Hi Rocio, We would recommend trying the following:
1. Confirm that you have the input on the correct setting.
2. Try the other XLR-1/4" combination input
3. Try another cable.
4. If that still does not resolve the issue, we would recommend contacting JBL technical support directly for further assistance in troubleshooting the issue jblpro.com/en/support
I hope this helps resolve the issue. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Bluetooth control is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard
What is this you said Bluetooth and it doesn’t have Bluetooth you wasted 30 minutes of my time this is very offensive
