The footage is from two tv shows: the US show ‘The World’s Best’ - aired in 2019 - and the 2018 season of the Chinese ’Singer’ programme. (Jessie J won that series, and was backstage at the gala performance watching Dimash, who had been invited back for a guest performance of Lionel Richie’s ‘Hello’.)
That show with James Gordon and Ru Paul was the world's best and they treated Dimish really bad because he didn't want to compete against kids. It's on UA-cam. Ru Paul should just keep his non singing mouth shut
We should not give audience to that show the worlds best, they were extremely disrespectful and they are not precisely the most qualified people to judge an artist of the Dimash’s Caliber.

Please, please never react to this crap show. As a rule, most Dears boycott these performances by The Worlds Best. Dimash was lied to and scammed before this show into signing for this show.
