Huge thumbs up on this video. Simple and effective. If you argue this video, then you're most likely very rich or very broke. There is no middle ground here. ❤

I think the pest control you can save a lot of money, we live in southern Minnesota on 7 acres called a couple companies to come out and spray for flies and mosquitoes and they wanted about $400 each spray every month we were like heck nah! We actually found a backpack sprayer kinda like a backpack leaf blower you put water and the chemicals in there paid $250 for that and the chemicals were about $60 for a 1/2 gallon but only use a tiny bit per application!
    Also I have ally it’s been 3.80 for a month 😢

The place that I'm at has a strange clear like film inside of one of my windows , somehow the flys love it...I'd come home 2 seeing 40 or 50 flies all over the window .my first summer .. then I read about them hating the smell of peppermint.. I mix one cup of blue dawn dish soap & one cup blue mouthwash & one cup of bath salts & afew drops of peppermint oil in a spray bottle.. I put this everywhere around my windows & the flys hate it ...having a ton of them for the summer wasn't fun .. p.s. the smell is pretty sweet & it's cheap

Hi Justine, just FYI (mortgage expert here) escrows cannot be waived in all scenarios. There are some state and LTV (loan-to-value ratio) restrictions. But for those who can budget properly for tax and insurance payments throughout the year and don't have any restrictions, it can be a good option to waive escrows.

Tracking your spending is so, so important, especially if you have people who are financially dependent on you. It calms the chaos and gives you confidence when you can and cannot spend.

Justine, you always have good tips! I first found your channel in 2020 during a time when I started to make more money and started rethinking my finances. Not only did I find your videos useful to help me rethink my spending habits but I wanted to let you know that your car buying guide helped me buy a car for the first time when my old one failed smog (I went private, paid in full, and got a good deal) and about a year ago I became debt free (I had student loan debt and I saved up for the remaining balance so I could pay in full the day before the payment pause was lifted and interest was still 0%).
Circling back to my original comment, although I am debt free, I am taking a sabbatical from work soon and I'm exploring additional ways to save money. I'm going to switch to generic brands and I'm considering changing my cell phone provider. I'm also re-negotiating my internet - they keep raising prices.
    Thanks Justine for the content!

I think it's essential to emphasize the importance of diversification and risk management. Many people are scared of the stock market because they don't understand it

These past few days watching my crypto portfolio decline is very disheartening. Holding doesn't really profit much. Any ideas on how to earn better on the short run? Please is there anyone that can help me to recover all my lost last year

I think what you need is a financial advisor assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle's your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attached.imagine I invested $14,500 with a WOman you recommended some time ago and got profits of $200,080✊✊✊

Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face looses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies

mrs Adriana Katherine was my hope during the 'bear summer' last year. I did so many mistakes but also learned so much from it, i will advise you should stop trading on your own if you keep losing. I will mention and recommend Adriana Katherine

An additional small savings opportunity, be sure to sign up for free store loyalty programs. Three of my grocery stores have them. Remember, not using your points is like money falling from your pocket as you walk around. At one, I can use my points in a variety of ways, discounted gas, donate to charity, buy grocery store dollars and the most worthwhile using them to buy discounted groceries. This could save you hundreds of dollars a month.
You get 1 point per dollar spent. There are opportunities 2x a month to earn 400 points for spending $100 in one visit. Many foods are 2 points and 3 points per dollar spent. Every 6 days the bonus points change and products like ore-ida potato might earn 40 points instead of 1 point for every $1 spent.
Examples: 300 pts to get a rotisserie chicken; 200 points for 1 gallon of milk, 8oz of shredded cheese and ricotta cheese; 10 points for a can of beans, 16oz bag of dry beans, can vegetables, lemon, lime, fresh garlic; 25 points for 16oz bag of dry beans, 16oz box of pasta and a few other products. You can spend points 5 times a month.

Encourage lizards and birds to visit your property and consider getting a bat box instead, those chemicals kill beneficial bugs too, they are also class C carcinogens, you cannot expect that your kids won't be exposed to those if you use them in your yard...
