Chris' caps wheel cover hubcaps For 1996 and 1997, the LX was the top of the line model. chrome wheels, leather seats, sunroof, duratec engine. For 1998 and 1999, the LX became the cheap base model. So if his is a 1998, it's an SE. A nicely equipped SE
No the SHO was the top of the line, the GL, LX depending upon which package ordered in 96 or 97 you could've gotten those chrome wheels and that Duratec engine. Yes in 98 those became the SE comfort packages wheels. My Dad had a loaded silver 96 GL with the Duratec, and those wheels with a unique cloth interior with a very couch like velour marble design it was very beautiful car
What's the push button on the dash to the left of the steering wheel we had a Ford Windstar that needed something like that, it had a key switch that was very flaky.
Maybe the starter is bad cuz it's getting a lot of power and the car is running the hole time and it wasn't really making any clicking noise when you were starting it but good video make more
It's not going to start because it requires a battery and also there's no use in pumping the gas because it's fuel injected not carbureted, next the button on the dash is a horn button most likely.
1:10 why do so many of these cars have the dash peeling up like that? Dammit Ford. I'm a bit boring I suppose but I'd much rather have a Vulcan engine because it's so easy to frag the automatic in these. The vulcan is a stubborn lump of Iron that will not die. Why they had to mate it to one of the worst transmissions in the history of automobiles I will never know.
I had one with 225,000 on it. It was a 99 wagon

Does it have the automatic climate control? battery drain, I'd say the foot ball radio/ climate control unit.. I love me a clitaurus wagon with a 24V

Don't waste time watching this. Crappy jumper cables. battery dead, creative wiring job, doesn't start.
C Harkey
Why did you have to spoil it?
Cold start that e350 van
our taurus needed new alternator after a while prob alternator and battery
Well now, if you are a glutton for pissing away your time on stupid nonsense, you've certainly come to the right place.

I prefer them with the split bench seat and column shifter as well!
I’m glad every now and then I see them.
