A shorter way is a long press to the light button. Here you can select the bt connection to the phone too... And no scrolling through menues...

This helped out, but thanks to this I found out if you have your battery saver on it won’t let it connect. Turn off battery saver and then do what the video said

Obviously ignoring user manual section about shortcuts - even with Fenix 3 I always had Shortcut START / STOP set to Bluetooth (now Phone) and BACK to WiFi. Simple, and what the guy in video does with a ton of button presses you do with just 2 : )
