Hi Taylor and Rachael! My wife and I are going to be in Pine Mountain, GA for a few days in early December. We are seniors who love to hike and can do about 4-6 miles of moderate trails per day. Can you recommend a hike for us. Long Leaf Loop may be a little bit too much for us. Thanks so much.

@@Equity6 Hey! Sure I totally understand. So I would recommend doing the Dowdells knob loop or doing the in-and-out hike to Cascade falls. Both are great but, if you want to see more water I would do Cascade falls one. Thank you for watching!

I appreciate y'all doing these videos of the Pine Mountain Trail. I live about an hour from there, and I don't know why it's taken me so long to realize what a gem that trail is. I've started taking my kids over there when I can.

Now.......I know from a fellow hiking trail creator that you did much more then 7.5 miles. Probably closure to 10 with all the times you had to go back and retrieve the camera. But, thats whats makes for a great video, and this was a great video. Very beautiful area to hike, loved the landscape and the information you gave along the way. Have a great time in Colorado, and yes, take the elevation into consideration. On a recent trip I was hiking at only 8k thinking that it was not enough elevation to affect me, so I hiked like I normally do at at the elevation I live at. It put me down on the ground after only two hours. I had to stay laying on the ground for over an hour before I could get back up with out feeling like I was going to pass out. Needles to say, I hiked/walked pretty slow trying to get back without calling Search & Rescue. I did sleep really good that night though. LOL.

haha exactly! you know it! :) Makes good content though. And your exactly right - Me and Rachael are flat landers and very susceptible to it. SO I try to be very careful. Thank you so much for watching West Coast!
