Where are the houses near both areas That are affordable? Either fixer upper I can flip for profit, or an actual house thats sq ft match the price. Or is all Nashville and surrounding areas, housing prices based purely off location? Please give a little advice looking for houses in and around both areas.
This video is really depressing... Even with a million dollars in a 401K, both towns are simply out of the question for the average, or even above average income earner or retiree.... No wonder all the entertainment people are moving there. They're the only folks who can afford to.......
