I don't agree that "Neutral" is the right course. The movie "Philadelphia" (1994) is a very good example. Hanks' character is Gay. But that's not the story. The "message" I was left with was one of "Andrew's Humanity". That's Hollywood in it's traditional best form. And it was done without Hatred.
