    AMAZING! This is what my hips needed. The relief from tightness and pain was almost instant. I can move much smoother through my day. It has brought some pep in my step. Thank you.

    I am so so glad i found josh and strength side. I was fit and great endurance but was unable to run at all because of my poor and very uneven hip mobility. I have started doing his stretches and mobility exercises including the pistol squat and after only a few weeks i have been able to run 3 kms pain free. I am excited to keep going and improving and hope to be able to get back to competitive running sometime this year. Thanks so much!!

    Thanks for the great videos, I’ve always had an issue with my right hip and as a 57 year old female who has a lofty goal of completing her first full Ironman this year, your routine (S) are helping me to achieve that goal. After only a few sessions I can see and feel an improvement ❤

    The pigeon you did was great. I fixed mine by having the down leg back . As I was dropping next to box . Gets the correct stretch

    Dude I'm loving your videos. Can I request you make a video about how to regress the 90/90 position?
    On one side I can't keep my back straight (I slump away). Looks like I'm lacking internal rotation in one of my hips

      Elevate your front hip on a pillow/pad. That'll help you get in position!

    I have a question.
    You have videos on so many different exercises and even train things like your shoulder blades, how is your workout split? I don't have enough time to constantly research new exercises etc. so I would like a routine of exercises that I can just increase in weight or do harder progressions of. But I feel like I can't keep track of all the different aspects of training many people seem to implement.

    Love the video mate. I’m so stiff and have never done any mobility or stretching and have been going to the gym recently. I followed the routine however when I was doing elevated pigeon hinge my thigh is at a 45 degree angle instead 90, is this fine as I’m so stiff so I need to make it easier for myself?

    Can you do some stretching that helps with lower back pain.. I suffer from lower back pains, so I don’t know if I can do this type of stretching, so I need help with the back first :/

    On the elevated pigeon hinge, I was able to do the full 10 reps with my left leg at a 90 degree angle, but when it came to my right leg at 90 degrees, I could not do one. I could barely get my right leg at 90 degrees. What do I need to do? Thank you, by the way, for all of your generous knowledge and encouragement. You have helped me a lot in keeping flexible along with my strength and weight training.

    When i go into a deep squat stance for the warmup i feel like I'm going to lose balance; my toes kinda rise up and my ankles feel strained. I'm pretty stiff all over the body so this channel is a godsend, any advice?

    What can I do to strengthen my weak left knee that gives out on me? When you was doing those first stretches on the table for your hip I feel if I tried that my knee is that weak that it would pop on me. So would love to know how to strengthen my knee first. Great content btw.

    You can not emphasize start slow enough!
    Started with squats after years of nothing! Forced 100 rep sets and back gave out! Took 2 weeks before I could function then Saturday my dog bolted while I had him on the leash and put it out worse! I need atleast a couple more days! I'm gonna start stretching!

      Lol, you sound like me, I Love Strength Side Exercises, I aslo do Foundation Training, But You So Need Your Foam Roller & Lacrosse Ball, Tennis Balls ok, But doesn't touch deep enough, Also Think About The Fuel That Propels You Forward, You Are What You Eat & How You Move

    What do you do if you get a pinch in the hip area when your doing the pigeon stretch? My pirformis gets so tight and I get

    I have done the pigeon stretch, but noticed some pain in the outer part of my hip after doing it. When I lay on my side now, I can feel this soreness right by the boney part of the hip joint. What are your thoughts with this?
