@@Strengthside Thank you sir, I just did this routine and feel alot better. I checked some more of your stuff. I really appreciate your videos and knowledge.
AMAZING! This is what my hips needed. The relief from tightness and pain was almost instant. I can move much smoother through my day. It has brought some pep in my step. Thank you.
Awesome! Had hip replacement surgery in 2019 and these are amazing routines to continue my goal to increase strength, mobility and range of motion! Thank you.
Did the whole video. I was genuinely surprised as to how far I could lean forward by the third round. Felt Amazing. Going to do this every leg day now lol.
I am so so glad i found josh and strength side. I was fit and great endurance but was unable to run at all because of my poor and very uneven hip mobility. I have started doing his stretches and mobility exercises including the pistol squat and after only a few weeks i have been able to run 3 kms pain free. I am excited to keep going and improving and hope to be able to get back to competitive running sometime this year. Thanks so much!!
Thanks for the great videos, I’ve always had an issue with my right hip and as a 57 year old female who has a lofty goal of completing her first full Ironman this year, your routine (S) are helping me to achieve that goal. After only a few sessions I can see and feel an improvement ❤
I love these follow-along videos and I appreciate your explanation during the process. Great philosophy of increasing movement/mobility and the videos are spot. Keep up the great work!
Seriously so grateful for the new direction. I’d like to think I’m the Josh from two years ago, trying to find a better more mobile body. Follow along videos and flow videos have significantly helped me. Many thanks!
absolutely love your material & how you give options & encourage us that we can get better & mobile by continuing. your teaching style is phenominal. thankyou! i will accomplish a complete cossack squat 1 day with no assistance😁
I’m a dancer & I’ve always looked for better stretching and just feeling better overall ! You’re the man & I’m def taking heed to all your advice & videos . Will keep you updated on my progress !
I'm a bigger guy who does kickboxing and I've been looking for a in depth hip flexor stretch routine to get my high kicks a little higher. Thanks for this
@@Mac-ih7rb Insecure much? You realize anyone can just walk into a martial arts school and start training? It's fun and a good exercise you could go do it and would probably enjoy it. I'm just shitty at getting my kicks up high because I'm a fat boi 😂 sorry if I made you insecure for stating my appreciation for this video. Have a nice day man.

Dude I'm loving your videos. Can I request you make a video about how to regress the 90/90 position? On one side I can't keep my back straight (I slump away). Looks like I'm lacking internal rotation in one of my hips
Can you do shoulder mobility follow along, especially shoulder extension, internal rotation ,I tried many exercises and most of them hurt my shoulder ,I would appreciate if you could make a video about it. All the best
I have a question. You have videos on so many different exercises and even train things like your shoulder blades, how is your workout split? I don't have enough time to constantly research new exercises etc. so I would like a routine of exercises that I can just increase in weight or do harder progressions of. But I feel like I can't keep track of all the different aspects of training many people seem to implement.
@@Strengthside So as a beginner, how should I split my workout? Should I do daily posture correction and stretching and then a lower and upper body split 4x times a week?
Great routine! How many times per week would you recommend doing a loaded mobility routine like this? Also, how would you integrate some of your other stretching/strength routines? I’d love to see a video on how to structure your week.
Love the video mate. I’m so stiff and have never done any mobility or stretching and have been going to the gym recently. I followed the routine however when I was doing elevated pigeon hinge my thigh is at a 45 degree angle instead 90, is this fine as I’m so stiff so I need to make it easier for myself?
Can you do some stretching that helps with lower back pain.. I suffer from lower back pains, so I don’t know if I can do this type of stretching, so I need help with the back first :/
On the elevated pigeon hinge, I was able to do the full 10 reps with my left leg at a 90 degree angle, but when it came to my right leg at 90 degrees, I could not do one. I could barely get my right leg at 90 degrees. What do I need to do? Thank you, by the way, for all of your generous knowledge and encouragement. You have helped me a lot in keeping flexible along with my strength and weight training.
When i go into a deep squat stance for the warmup i feel like I'm going to lose balance; my toes kinda rise up and my ankles feel strained. I'm pretty stiff all over the body so this channel is a godsend, any advice?
What can I do to strengthen my weak left knee that gives out on me? When you was doing those first stretches on the table for your hip I feel if I tried that my knee is that weak that it would pop on me. So would love to know how to strengthen my knee first. Great content btw.
Quick question, love the video by the way! I’m just wondering why you didn’t include rotating your leg the other way as well to work on internal rotation? Or is that worked in the squat? Thank you!
