i built an 02 club car up just like this. I put new lift, wheels, tires, batteries, cable, brakes and bearings for 1800 bucks. Then lost it in a divorce LOL.

Question? Why soo many batteries? Wouldn't a larger single battery as in a school bus battery do to run the systems? I just don't get that one. Peace.

Just bought a 1999 Yamaha G 16 from an older gentleman up the street he put it away about a year ago when he hurt his back and wasn’t able to do anything with it and the batteries went dead finally got it to my house picked it up for 300 bucks

I got a 1999 ds. Brand new controller, it charges, new batteries, I can get solenoid to click but will not move... thoughts? Lol

Worst case? That could really vary depending on a person's desire or craftsmanship.
@@Fentertainment well I picked up a 2009 club village for free so no biggy. Put new batteries, new ignition switch, new solenoid. And still got nothing. Have voltage at solenoid and when jumping it I get a spark but nothing happens. I’m thinking maybe the controller??? But idk how to test that.
@@zkennedy2217 Is the tow run switch in the run position. Does the switch have continuity and working properly? Is the solenoid clicking on with out jumping it?
@@Fentertainment it is in the run but not sure about continuity. Havnt checked that. And no even with the new one it has no click. I do get a spark when jumping it now but didn’t get that before. Only click you hear when pressing pedal is the mcor.

been looking for a golf cart for my grandmother, she's 80 and her daily routine is to go get the paper and mail..we live on a gravel road though, and a couple weeks ago she slipped on the gravel and busted herself up, plus she's heavy set so she can't get herself up but luckily a neighbor heard her yelp when she first started to go down and seen her and was able to yell for us and go get her...not to mention the few times she's fallen going down our porch steps..
so been looking for one for her and I'm shocked at how expensive they are..2500-3k sure but $ 6,7,8k?..wtf why??? you can buy a real nice used car for that much money...

@Tobias Cortez sorry for the late response..I'm located I'm atlanta...and yes still looking, not in a rush based on current prices...don't need anything nice or fancy, just something reliable, if it had one of those back seats that fold down to a flatbed, that would be great, don't know exactly what I would use it for but the option of having it I like...I could always add one though I believe right? don't know what they run though either...

Long as you do all the work yourself it can be done an be fast for that much money its all the labor cost that runs the price tag up so High..People around me thinks junk golf carts are worth 1000 dollars hahahahahahhaha
