Setting Ubisoft hate bias aside, compared to other stealth mechanic game (even Ubisoft's) this game had the most unstealth stealth ever. I've played assassin's creed, watchdogs, even far cry. And i felt like there's no that feeling of satisfaction or that small dopamine in doing sneak kill. To me, stealth is a quick and efficient attack that immediately kills enemy. There's no flashy movement, just quick simple movement to take down enemy, not even breaking with long animations or cinematic camera. It'll break the immersion. While it felt good, it felt off.. it doesn't felt that much satisfying because of how ridiculous and exaggerated it is sometimes. I know "it's star wars" or "she's not the expert" but I'm sure a rogue, or even a thief like her knew efficiency in taking down enemy fast
even if you look at those that are ok, it's clear these have been hastily put together. They are not polished at all and you really don't feel any strenght behind most of the punches
@@shikarymtg how? A tazer would be the most effective weapon. The armor isn't effective against electricity, as force lighting kills stromtroopers easily.
Game looks fun but can they at least implement IK when you perform takedown? The feet is in the air the entire the time on uneven surfaces, like come on you literally have that system implemented in For Honor.
This game is goofy, even from a Ubisoft enjoyer this is just below the standard. AC, Far Cry, Recon, Splinter frickin Cell all have believable takedowns.
For armored enemies I would suggest try to take their helmet off or at least choke them with your bare hands like what Nathan Drake did to shorelines from Uncharted 4. These takedowns don't feel powerful at all.
the punches just lack strength, they really look and feel like most people could take one of kays punches, without much of a problem. would be better if she like pistol-whipped instead of punching or something. the fact that kay punches a stormtrooper in the helmet once and knocks them out is so stupid.
No lethal takedowns? That's disappointing... They could have easily had her found or buy a lightsaber and use it for lethal takedowns... Just a few more animations and effects
