As someone who lived in China for 7 years I can tell you that all of these answers are very standard for Shanghai. The men in Shanghai have a reputation for not only being the provider but also doing a lot of the household work. Not all but some of these women are not being honest because , like the host said, it gives them status to say they caught a traditional Shanghainese man. Also the man that shows up around 2:05 is clearly in the closet. If you ask women in a city like Shenzhen or Shenyang the answers will vary much more.
