40 min Full Body BASIC Dumbbell Strength Workout | No Repeat ( Muscle Building Follow Along )

  • In this 40 min Full Body BASIC Dumbbell Strength Workout | No Repeat we will be having 8x bundle of 5x exercises in total:
    1st bundle = Legs
    2nd bundle = Upper Body Push
    3rd bundle = Upper Body Pull
    4th bundle = Legs
    5th bundle = Upper Body Push
    6th bundle = Upper Body Pull
    7th bundle = Legs
    8th bundle = Abdominals
    We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds long and we will have a 20 seconds rest in between and a 25 seconds rest between each bundle. This is a strength routine so make sure that you are using a decent amount of weights for the exercises especially for the major muscles such as legs, back and the chest muscles.
    The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
    2x 5KG
    2x 10KG
    2x 18KG

    In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).

    For you it may be a "Basic gainz" programme but for us it is definitely an advance level workout cause with your workouts I feel like out of breath, dizzy, vomiting, sometimes can’t remember my name and all this feeling makes me realise that I'm on the right road.. let's go for it sir 💪👊❤🙏
