Now I see why simple push-ups feel so good to open up upper body although I have read in various articles that rows are effective for opening up and restoring the posture. Honestly, rows never did it for me what push-ups do for this purpose despite that I am very good at rows.
Actually, I've tried finding Tom's bench press seminar that elite hosted/co-hosted? But I can't find a link to the replay anywhere, can anyone help? Please 🙏🏽
I always feel the exercise more with the hardest point at the stretch and a little bit easy on the contraction, ex. Free motion curls, The benchpress, legpress, Barbell goodmornings, it makes scence ❤
Tom's a wealth of knowledge, and great at presenting it, appreciate him sharing it on such great channels as elites
Dave was fixing my bench last week and my issue was getting my should blades together. I will definitely be incorporating this.
More top quality stuff from Tom and Elitefts. Thank you!
Super helpful. More content like this for posture would be appreciated, please. Simple and to the point
Yeah I love this! I've got real issues with using too much front delt and chronic AC-Joint pain and pecs not getting worked on bench, thanks Tom!

Thanks Tom. These really help during bench warm-ups.
