- Hey You-tubers, I went apartment hunting and I figured I could share my experience with you all. This will be my second apartment and I’m so excited! There’s a few things I look for when going apartment hunting, at the top of the list would be checking to see if any utilities are included, if the apartment has storage, and if a washer and dryer are in unit!

@@realestatewithjw yes I watched it and it was helpful!😊😊😊 I just don't know much about the area. I'm not from Kansas but I have to move there. All the apartments I looked at are above $1000 and thays way out of my price range 😅
@@veronicar8535 You can find some way cheaper but you might have to let go of some amenities or wants and just look at your needs and go from there. With apartments or houses it's good to start early and make a list of all the apartments your considering and compare them to each other. There are alot of apps and websites to find apartments in the area of your choosing and you can look according to price range. Never stop looking until you find one your satisfied with!

Veronica R NoRi apartments are really nice for about $750 a month, and you can always roommate! Knollwood, French quarters, and sunny hills aren’t as nice but they’re still nice and cheaper! Hope that helps
