Sorry it’s taken six months for someone to reply lol. I’m no musician but it sounds like an electric guitar being played with a lot of tremolo. Basically rapidly picking the string to get that warbled, trembling sound. Add some echo and other effects and you’ve got the sound.
Whoever the guitarist is for this, take a bow.
