Im about to get there i can only run 8 mile in 1 hour and 5 minutes it's infuriating. Any tips on how to improve? Idk if to incorporate some rest between miles to carb up. I also weightlift often so I'm not sure if this affects my performance. Any advice helps. Thank you.
