2023 AMRA Kelly Canyon Test 1 Shoulder Injury Crash

Crashed 10 minutes into the first test because I was riding too fast...no room for error. This was purely a mental mistake. I was so excited for the race because I finally felt properly prepared going in and was hoping to do well. Should've been focused on settling into a comfortable rhythm around 80% or so but I was riding at about my limits and paid the price...grade 3 separated shoulder...long recovery and no more riding for 2-3 months!
