    Liked this one too. In the Caribbean people generally don't eat Barracuda due to ciguatera. Wonder if it's a sign of different times or something else...

      its actually a different type of fish, Australia has both barracuda in the tropics and barracouta in the southern seas.

      Yeah. Like at the end where it says, "And now with these great newfangled nets, we can catch UNLIMITED amounts." And looking back from the 21st century, we just shake our heads.

      I've seen similar old films, they are that old there is just no sound 😂

      @@australianwoodenboatfestiv3519 Not really , alot of people think that Charlie Chaplin did the only silent movies but there was lots of different silent pictures before they could sync a sound track to film. Have you watched The Man From Aran ? It's a great old black and white fishing an just living remotely doco film with sound although I think the sound was done separate and not quite in sync.

      A friend's father was still catching them in the seventies, he'd cut them in half and sell them for Cray bait , they aren't a bad eating fish if cooked fresh
