@@ALLDAYANTHONYI’m starting: started with a G29 on a table, got a Playseat/GT5 rig, upgraded to a T300RS with the Ferrari 599xx Evo 30 wheel and Thrustmaster T-LCM pedals. Which has been great, except I must look like Bowser racing in that seat. The helmet wings? (It’s a rally type seat) They dig into my shoulder blades! So ordered a Sim Lab P1-X Pro on the 11th (Feb 2024) and found the slider pedal tray at Microcenter and got that. I’m a big guy and most seats don’t work so got a Ford Focus seat that’s fairly sporty and will attach it with 40x80 aluminum extrusion. May need to replace the 40x40 from Sim Lab for seat to attach to 40x80 that’s longer and the stock Ford seat runners are about 24 in long from front to back on one side. But it’ll work. Now to add a 34 in curved monitor to start (will go to three when I get a computer and go to iracing), and then a Fanatec DD motor wheel and pedals. And now, apparently I’ll need to start with one buttkicker and end up with four. Thanks for that!! 😂😂
Nice! I have also just built the GT Omega PRime, Just waiting for all the Moza gear to arrive, went for the R12, FSR Wheel, RS V2 Wheel, CRP Pedals, HGP Shifter, HRP Handbrake
That’s going to be a killer setup! Still haven’t tried the FSR wheel but I bet it’s going to be good. I highly recommend the Sequential shifter if you add something else!
@@ALLDAYANTHONY Yeh, I seen it had been released and it is on the list...just have to wait for them to be in stock at the usual suppliers, only on pre-order on their site at the moment.
Even being far sighted, you really should move that TV up to the back of the wheelbase. That way you can run the cockpit view, and it's way more immersive. Getting your FOV dialed in will make another huge difference in your track times. Super easy with one screen and a free FOV calculator.
Great setup! My setup isn't to this level yet, but I'm working towards it, chipping away little by little, I did triples last year, new pc this year already, probably going to update my cockpit this year at some point, but man do I want a buttkicker setup, I'll probably try some tactile transducers first, but we will see... and yeah I already have an insane amount of money into it, and I still have a "cheap wheel and cockpit"
the buttkicker does add a ton of immersion! But I do recommend upgrading your cockpit before that so you'll know how many you need! It's worth every penny though!
Man I LOVE sim racing. I used to have the whole fanatec clubsport setup back in like 2012. I want to get back into it with a simagic setup. Just got to save up a shit ton of money to be able to get started again. Seems harder to do as of recent.
That GS wheel is still one of the best looking formula/gt wheels imo, i just wish it was finished in the carbon twill weave and not forged carbon. Looks amazing regardless.
How did you mount the Moza HGP shifter and the sequential to the gt omega prime lite? I’m wanting to buy the prime lite but cant seem to find the shifter mount
hello thank you for this video 👍👍 is there a reason for your screen to be so far away ? I play on a 65 inch TV and I'm looking for the right distance, thank you in advance
Great Setup!👍 I think i need a Buttkicker too!😊 Is it realy important to have one in each corner? Or is one single Buttkicker under the seat also a great update? 4 kickers are worth it? Thanks!
I think 4 is pretty amazing especially if you have a full rig to mount them on. However, even just one can feel amazing. Depends on how crazy you want to get!
What's happening with the wheel around 28:15? I'm currently using a Logitech but considering upgrading to a Moza R5.. But that also means some kind of rig (my sit/stand desk isn't sturdy enough for a DD!)... and now I'm thinking about surround sound and transducers... This is going to cost more than I'd anticipated 😆
I have the gt omega prime lite and I was honestly so upset while building it. The cheaper extrusions have less material inside the channels requiring you to use a different non ball bearing T nut. This means the T nuts you have to use don't slide smoothly when you adjust positioning of anything. They want to grind along the metal and constantly would get stuck or cause me to strip multiple bolts/nuts while installing. I only went with them because at the time they were the only free shipping option for me :(
Interesting, I had no issues when assembling everything. I didn’t strip one bolt or nut in the process. Hope now that you have it built that you’re enjoying it!
lol I can just imagine my wife coming in knowing I’ve spent thousands on a rig and I’m just sitting there with gloves on driving make believe cars (in my socks) 😂
Nice setup although i would not recommend 4 corner buttkicker setup as there are much cheaper options that do the same thing and even have special corner mounts and 1 amp instead of 4 separate things.
I've recently gotten into sim racing and started with just the moza r5 bundle, but then I found myself investing more and more. It all started with the Moza R5 on my computer table, and now I've upgraded to an aluminum sim rig with a momo 14inch leather wheel, Moza handbrake and shifter. ** Update: Sold my moza R5 bundle for a very good price. Upgraded to SIMAGIC Alpha Mini and SimJack Pro Pedals
I actually had a segment on the pedals that I edited out of the video due to the length. Their still holding up great with no issues. It did take awhile to break in the brake pedal though!
My sim is keeping me outta seasonal depression. It looks like Antarctica out there but I’m in Cali when I put my VR goggles on 😂😂😂
Absolutely! This has been my favorite winter project hands down
if you can't put the tv closer, I highly recommend trying out vr with prescription lenses.
6:48 Epic! Definitely need to add this to my setup 🔥
My man this setup is wild and makes me want to spend money. Thanks for that.
haha JOIN ME!!!!

It doesn't matter if you have a $300 rig or a $50,000 rig, we all love the trusty Logitech K400 in the sim world 😅
Straight up! That keyboard has been great!
My Microsoft AIO media keyboard is a decent alternative too.
There isnt much options tho

That is a beautiful setup. I'm new to sim racing and just now doing my research. Does your rig allow for curve screens? Possibly triple curve screens?
Great vid with plenty of good information.
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Really nice setup! I have the same cockpit but with Fanatec Gears instead. I would love to add just 1 Butt kicker under the seat. 👍

sub'd. mainly because we're both Anthony's & we need to stick together in these rough times. also because... CLEAN SETUP is CLEAN!
Lol!! Yes we do!! Thanks man

Yo I saw that civic parked at a house when I was doing a job in the neighborhood that thing is clean.
hello thank you for this video 👍👍 is there a reason for your screen to be so far away ? I play on a 65 inch TV and I'm looking for the right distance, thank you in advance
I talk about it in the video. My eyesight is better at this distance. Comfortable to play hours at a time
many thx !

I mention this in the video, I don't see well up close

Where did u get those wall hangers for your wheels, I’ve been needing something like that for ages for my growing collection of wheels 😄
I picked them up at Home Depot! They are husky mounts
Great video. Where can I get that track layout on your wall?
I picked it up from Etsy!
What seat is that? I have a GT Omega as well, but I don't recall ever seeing that seat.
Is a good idea to stack the butt kicker amps like this?? I have 1 bk gamer pro and the amp is always hot, even when is turned off.
Yep totally fine. Just make sure they have access to open air.
That was Cool . . Many thanks ! ! ! 🏎 🏎 🏎
Glad you enjoyed it!
lol I can just imagine my wife coming in knowing I’ve spent thousands on a rig and I’m just sitting there with gloves on driving make believe cars (in my socks) 😂
I recommend just closing the door in her face and telling her not to disrupt your “private time.” That’s what I do
Nice setup although i would not recommend 4 corner buttkicker setup as there are much cheaper options that do the same thing and even have special corner mounts and 1 amp instead of 4 separate things.
I think the BK setup is headache free. There’s other options out there, but I like that this is a no hassle experience.

it happens quick lol! Extremely addicting. Add a buttkicker to your setup and you'll love it even more!
@@ALLDAYANTHONY Yeah that’s one of the upgrades I will do in the future. Hopefully it will mount on my RSX leather seat
Nice!! Let's Gooo 💯🤙
Yeah buddy! Thanks for watching!
Incredible !!
Thanks Tom!!!
Anytime my friend. Enjoy your trip !!!
Any reason why your tv is 16 miles away from your wheel?
I talk about it in the video, I’m far sighted
you should definitely commission some talented modder to make a replica of your civic for assetto
I have one on there that’s similar. But it’s also got like 1000hp lmao. My car is slow.
The finger snap startles the s#!+ out of me every time.
You have to be prepared. Always.
W setup
thanks man!
You didn't mention the pedals?
I actually had a segment on the pedals that I edited out of the video due to the length. Their still holding up great with no issues. It did take awhile to break in the brake pedal though!
Loading a map of California coast and driving up it?? What? How can I do that??
If you have AC, there’s plenty of modded maps like that available to download online
What about a VR headset instead of the tv????
that would definitely not work with him being shortsighted i think
I’ve tried VR, it’s just a pain with glasses. But I do think that would be the most immersive experience!
monitor is 2 miles away from steering wheel.....why ?
Watch the video he talk about it.
Get the Screen....CLOSER!!!!!! As close to your wheel as it gets! Just do IT! Thank us later
My eyes aren’t great that close up. I talk about it in the video
Holy fk 4 Buttkickers😅 You should have looked at slip angle cheaper and you get more
I liked the no hassle setup of the BK personally!
@@ALLDAYANTHONY so you are using bk software?🤨
First what’s up Anthony
Verified first! What’s good man
Need a handbrake
Hahaha no VR? 😂
