My boss just told me before i walked out the door that i have to train to ladies tomorrow at the same time. I'm fresh at training one at a time. After seeing this you made it look easy. I don't feel so intimidated now. Thanks for the video
I would like to know how you prepare for clients that are on different levels of fitness experience? Would one feel left out of you were giving most of your attention to the lesser experienced?
I think a few of the techniques we showed in this video work really well for that. Try to include exercises where you can easily adjust the difficulty (body weight squats vs dumbbell squats) or (different weights for the floor press) Also, put in some movements where the client can determine the difficulty. This allows newer clients to work less hard and more experienced clients to work harder. All of that helps to deal with different levels of fitness. I don’t find clients tend to mind if some people require more coaching though. It’s rare for people to feel left out.
For average weight loss clients, I don’t program rest. I have them take rest as needed as it’s very individual to each client. When you say transitions do you mean for the client or for the trainer? I try to spend as little time setting things up as possible.
@@SortaHealthyTrainerEducation I mean between superset A and Superset B for example. How much time do you give them to rest up? I figure they rest while I’m explaining it to them and demonstrating the moves.
Great video, thanks for the content. How do you charge for training two clients at once? Do they split the cost? Are there separate partner packages you normally offer? Thanks!
Thanks! They generally split the cost of the session but the total group session ends up costing a bit more than a one-on-one one would. I break it down, and a bunch of other things in this video: ua-cam.com/video/x_fqA_uDetY/v-deo.html

I would like to know how you prepare for clients that are on different levels of fitness experience? Would one feel left out of you were giving most of your attention to the lesser experienced?
Or would one feel “picked on” if they require much more assistance

Jeff, how much rest do you program between supersets? And how much time do you spend on transitions?
