The 97 -98 Ford F150 is different between the 1999 -2004 Even though the body style looks the same there are many differences including the wiring and the drive train
Maybe so, but for Belt Accessories I'm assuming its similar procedure. If you have 4.6 or 5.4
That would be a no there are 2 completely different engines
You cannot take a 1999 f150 4.6 and put in a 1998 f150 4.6 tried it doesn't work
