I have been doing some personal study of the ancient classics, and it was time to read The Clouds. Although my translation was very different from this version, I enjoyed watching this play while I followed along with my text. Thanks for the laughs!
Well, great play. They clearly worked hard. I couldn't understand HALF of what they were saying: SLOW DOWN PLEASE! E-NUN-CI-ATE Where was the battle between Philosophy and Logic? Is it there?--because I couldn't find it.

FUN FACT: Some of the jurors took this play SERIOUSLY! No kidding, Plato literally mentions it as a contributing factor.

Aristophanes considered this his most "wise" and "comedic" play. I saw neither of these elements in this awful production.
