I picked up the K617 of after watching this review and I'm still blown away how good this keyboard is for the price. I'm actually using it over my Drevo Blademaster TE TKL that I was using prior. I'll always use a 60% going forward. Crazy good value and excellent comparison.
Please tell if i have to use arrow keys as this k617 doesnt have them then what do i press on the keyboard so that i can ise them as arrow keys cuz so many games like gta 5 require arrow keys as well
I'm using the K617 right now! Trust me this keyboard is the best with its price range. I added 3 layers of tape (tempest mod), EVA foam, holee mod (some stabs were wobbly) and lubed all switches. It sounds so good!

Got the k617 last week as my first mech kb and I can definitely say it's super good for its price range. The rgb are very bright and the sound are pleasing to me. I got it for like around 27$ on my area. It's super worth it imo.
I ordered the K530 since I couldn’t get the 617 due to it being sold out, but before this I had a cheap-ass Meetion MK01 which was absolute trash, came with like 3 faulty switches and all. The keyboard and mouse decided to commit harakiri so I ordered me the K530 and a Storm Elite mouse.
I actually bought this keyboard 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting to get it (because of international shipping). I'm planning to do the tape and foam mod, and later I will buy ocean blue Akko switches. Thanks for letting us know that we can use Akko switches.
Man I did a tape/foam mod, lined the inside with taped down pennies for added weight, swapped with Akko Rose Reds (thanks for the tip Consumer Tech Reviews), and pudding keycaps, it’s amazing.
I ordered k617 and this will be my first mechanical keyboard. I'm not a gamer, I just bought one to force my self to become productive again and to regain my eagerness to learn. Thanks for this review!

Great review. It is an amazing keyboard for the price I’m using mine with Akko matcha greens and radiant reds. Feker switches also fit these sockets so the options aren’t as limited as it looks

Recently I got the K616 (also known as Fizz Pro or the bluetooth version of k617) and its awesome! The only problem is that I came from a full keyboard, so I'm having trouble with the learning curve of the 60%'s. I dont recommend only for Portuguese writing.
This was my first mechanical and 60% keyboard. And I will be forever grateful to Redragon for this. And after 2.5 years of AWESOME service, the PCB of my Redragon K617 Fizz died and now I am a proud and happy owner of a Royal Kludge R65, and that is only due to my very positive experience with this K617 Fizz.
I'm here again. Thank you for your reviews brotha! Im enjoying the k530 it pairs really well with my lenovo legion 5 and macbook air m1 no problem so far with BT Connection. Im using it wirelessly for warzone gaming Battery is really good btw.
Got mine a week ago, only thing I can say about it is that it's been doing pretty good and overall I'm happy with it. Just want to point out that the keycaps especially the ones with the prints for arrow keys (awsd) will wear out the print after sufficient use Pretty good for only 20 dollars in my area

Recently picked up the K617 Fizz cause of this video and I love it! It's very much worth the price and it sounds amazing and feels extremely high quality and with the software that you can download for this keyboard, there's many lighting modes that can be cool to test out.

i just got the fizz for the same price a year later on prime day! silent red switches! My favorite thing, aside from the mechanical switches, is the lighting! The light modes are super cool there are about 7, with variable speeds and brightness. im super impressed with the brightness and color! also this is my first mechanical keyboard and i gotta tell you, it feels much better than the padded standard ones! eventually i want to upgrade to the huntsman mini, but for the price this was a great little step up from my old keyboard!
just bought the k617 fizz and so far I like it I'm currently typing on it rn and it feels so good of course its not as premium as other higher end redragon keyboard but the red switches sounds nice the rgb is brighter then i was expecting it's hot swappable and u can change the switches and for the price I'd recommend this for those who are looking for cheap mechanical keyboard
I got the Fizz for 20 bucks in my area , it is very recommended for a starter keyboard especially for its price range , some tape mods and foam should make it sound better, especially with some lube
im using this right now but as my first mechanical keyboard its amazing the switches sound good and i think they are lubed and for gamers the rgb is just AMAZING!
my draconic k530 died after a month of usage, redragon wont replace it anymore since local warranty only provides 1 week replacement for defective products. will tryo ut this fizz.

Why does Redragon keep placing the USB socket on the left side of the keyboard rather than the top? I think it will be pretty annoying when you don't happen to have an angled USB-C cable with you. One thing about the layout, I'd make DEL to be FN + Backspace, so it's more convenient to access such a frequently used key.
Yea i watched this video to figure that out but this was basically just a fizz review with very minimal actual comparisons. I don't plan to mod the keyboard or anything but from his reaction I feel like I should still get the fizz.
i have it with the akko radiant reds and its sounds amazing the build quality is good aswell also the key switch pulled dont use it get a good one cause one of the pins snapped when i was pulling out the switches to switch them out
For those who own either of these keyboards, do they light up when turning the PC on or do they require doing so manually? I'm asking because I DONT want them to turn on automatically. Thanks!
both of them have the same rgb but they look brighter on K617 becase the keycaps have a darker shade . [If he changers the keycaps putting the k530 ones on the k617 and vise-versa then the k530 will look brighter = ] OPTICAL ILLUTION
I'm currently using the K617 and I have to tell you. Its awesome. It comes with backup switches too. This keyboard is awesome so I do recommend it. The only downside is that the keyboard software is kind of bad.
@@jesse_0512 Mine is been working for almost 2 years and still going, and I've never bought a replacement cherry keys or any other keys yet and hope will still not for this upcoming many more years since I have no plan on changing it yet. It's so pretty good and look so minimal too
Bruh I did a white job securing a K617 and had to go for a 530 AND a mouse because my crappy Meetion MK01 and GM22 kicked the bucket…hopefully I didn’t mess up by going with the 530 and also getting a Storm Elite mouse to go with it.

The fun part is the K617 wasn't even on the Brightest mode! It has 5 levels, brand new's always are on the 4th level.
