I like the layout of your viedoes and you have a great potential to exceed really well in your vidoes 🙂 I want to mentioned that most of your vidoes you sound frustrated about your job and things that annoy you in between flights and hotels...airport etc...and negative..not much positivity vibes....and quite self absorbed. If you are taking your videos sirously... you need to ask yourself a question..what VALUE do I give to the audience on my UA-cam?
I work for a Major Airline industry too in Australia . And with my experiences with my airline company, they will only do average or just meet the needs for the staff, don't even expect too much for a company and to rely on.. In your videos, you come across that you're too good for your job, and you have high expectations for your hotel layovers.
Perhaps you can minimise your complaining and put short clips of the planes at the airport.

I feel like she uses her videos as a virtual diary honestly. She stated in her description that she misses the long overnights and fun outings, just like anyone would if they've been working in a repeated draining cycle. I don't feel like she's complaining, I feel like she's just venting what she's going through. Everyone might not understand that tho and thats ok.🙂
