I bought it too. For motorcycle use. Here is , what I found: 1. The charger dedicated to use for motorbike was dead within 1 hour of use. Burn out. 2 I charget it at home via USB. 3. Second trip was in hot weather. I used the second " car socket" power supply, connected in to my motorbike 12 V socket. This died within 30 minuts. 4. As I drive in hot weather, my GPS is shutting down within 10-15 minuts because of overheating. It just can not work on motorbike, behind the windshield. Basicaly, it useless for motorbike driving in hot weather. Power supplies do not stand for long and the device is overhating, and shutting down. 5. Visibility on direct sunlight is 0. I need to cover it by hand to see, where to go. I have and use Garmin MONTAHA 680 (which work on motorbike , on the same position as Fodsport GPS for some 6-8 hors on battery without any problem. Even on rain. Because this device has no WAZE, and has no direct up to date trafic info, I decided to give a try to FODSPORT No success. I claimed with Aliexpress, and got my money back.

There is no fuse in the package. But it is better to use some fuse with right value. In my case I use also relay for this GPS and 12V power outlet. Because there is a little power draw when everthing is off. When I switch on the ignition the GPS and the power outlet switch on. When I switch off the ignition GPS is turn off automaticaly. But there is 15 seconds delay with message for interrupting it . This is very useful.
Ja ho mam tyden. Na primem slunku zadna viditelnost, je to treba zakryt rukou. GARMIN MONTANA 680 je i na primem slunku bozi. Na primem slunku je to videt pouze, kdyz je slunko MIMO displej (slunko vepredu pred motorkou, napriklad). Kdyz je zatebou, vpravo vzadu, nebo vlevo vzadu neni videt nic.) Klidne ukazu a predvedu, jsem z Prahy
@@tomasmrva3914 To je v pohode. Problem ale u mne neni v "neviditelnosti". Ale v tom, ze pokud je navigace ZA vetrnym stitkem, tak se proste prehriva. A kdyz se prehriva, tak se vypina. A u mne odesli oba zdroje. Jsou poddimenzovane.

Where do you live that is so hot?
@@aking610 The hot temperature is not caused by weather only, but mostly from heat generated by motorbike engine.

Bude to v planovane druhe casti. Ale co jsem zatim zkousel, tak mam nejvyssi jas a na slunci perfektni. Ale moc jsem toho zatim nenajel.

@@LacoDeLoco já už to objednal, určitě to bude lepší než stary iphone 5s, ktery používám teď. Tam nevidím skoro ani při zastižení rukou.
