I built a system years ago doing differential corrections for fleets of vehicles and it wasn't this easy! It's great to see how far it's come. Guides like this will really help newcomers too. Great stuff!

Was this actually working indoors? Maybe I haven't used a modern GPS, but I'm surprised you got any signal from the sats inside like that

I'm wondering if this can be accomplished using a wireless device such as an ESP32? Have the ESP32 get the UNAVCO data to send to the GPS module and then get the corrected data from the GPS module back to the ESP32 to then be pulled via WiFi or simply stored on SD card? More accurate package or asset tracking opportunities I'm thinking with this system. I'm a newbie to GPS systems 😏

Nice, but problem is that you don’t show how you configure input port to receive the incoming rtcm data. I mean PRT parameters and associated messages.
