Really glad that u chose Canada 1997 p4 as an example, I was able to do other questions(which came before it in the textbook) and I didn't understand the motivation behind it in the solution provided in the book, I didn't look at this video before cuz I wanted to solve the problems myself, so I felt quite surprised when I found u did it, it was too good to be true

Another way would be to extend AD and prove that it subtends 90 degrees equivalent to proving that AKCD is cyclic
