Sounds like you were provided with people who taught you that. Some people either aren't taught that, or develop toxic behavior like Sean to protect themselves from people who are significantly more abusive. This also primes you to choose abusive friends, partners etc. - further reinforcing his social "survival" skills. When there are no sources of trustworthy data you could appreciate these concepts from, people like Sean aren't going to come to the same conclusion you have. These types of things are incredibly complex. Most people like Sean that are slowly broken down and conditioned to be like that. Even DDP's fucked up comments clearly come from being a sheltered guy who hasn't had a single close personal relationship with someone who has been through anything, or the people that do haven't felt safe sharing that with him, so his perspective wreaks of life inexperience. There's no good guy here. both of them are crappy in their own way and its both their fault and not their fault at the same time. If we're really splitting hairs here, DDP and his family have had more advantages than Sean's has to be a good person, and he still chose to be a bad person to sell PPVs just after we all dog piled on Colby for doing the same. Those advantages really can't be understated.

Sensitive is when literally anything negative anyone says about you hurts your feelings, not sore spots like trauma you had been through. Having that reaction to that stuff is just normal. It's sensitive when what led to the reaction doesn't call for the reaction. Karen's are perfect examples of sensitivity, they get offended over literally anything. I can understand both of them.
Sean just moved into a corner and stayed there until he embraced the pain of being alive and understood it better.
He is attacking people, but has he attacked someone's Trauma before? I am truly unsure.
I can see where Dricus is coming from and he is right in saying ''You need to take it if you dish it out''
he also seems like a very nice dude who just wanted to make some waves for the fight and show people that he can sell a fight.
D'Sean just should stop attacking families but keep the trash talk real and funny
The problem is that if his standard (of insulting people) is set so low that he would insult family members,

People aren't all good or bad. I respect Sean for sharing hist abuse and owning up to his own faults. He still has those faults and knows it. That's what severe trauma does even when you're self aware. I'm not giving anyone a pass for acting like a jerk at times. But I understand him and think he's overall a positive influence. Lot's of people in Sean's position will benefit from his example of recognizing how abuse leads to bad behavior. He's showing that it's ok to be honest and keep trying while still being flawed. That is an really valuable influence for people who need to fight the same demons.

People are inherently hypocritical. Everyone will be a hypocrite at some point in their life. Sean is no exception. He said that wives should be off-limits after talking quite a bit about Ian Gary’s wife. That being said, there is a qualitative difference between talking about a fighter’s open relationship (O’Malley), a fighter kissing his coach (DDB), a fighter’s wife writing a book that indicates that she is likely a gold digger (Gary), and talking about a fighter’s childhood physical and emotional abuse. The last issue is worlds apart from the others. Yes Sean is a bit of a hypocrite, but DDP’s comments were classless and disgusting. That is the more important point that I wish you would have acknowledged (one of these things was worse than the other). I’m sure that Sean will use the comments as fuel. I personally hope that he breaks DDP over five rounds.
