I came across this video today because I have been searching for the best Astro Ball Cabinet effect (something I've always wanted) and though this prop is nowhere near the best version I've seen, your presentation of it blew me away! Really impressive!
Great presentation, however the way that you performed it with assistance, it is not practical for a magic show. One would have to perform it with the standard moves for a standard magic show.

I believe the original effect was devised by the great Stewart James in the 1930s.
There are several versions of it....I like this one because of the division wall and because is not so big.

It's really easy.....you just need to flip the envelope and the turn the pole counterclockwise...wait 3 second and press the yellow flashing button.

thats not the original one the original one is made by milson / worth astro ball in the 1970 i have one .
