I understand what you are getting at, but I think it may simply be easier for some people then others. I spent 4 years studying latin, and I cant remember jack. Learning another language is like (to me at least) trying to add a completely new computer language in your head to translate the binary code that is the world around us.
It is even more funny/sad (depending on your level of sadism) when you realize that (judging by the reviews) over half the people who bought it were english speakers believing that english would be implimented at a latter date.
Steins;gate and Steins;gate hiyoku renri no darling were also out on Xbox 360 and they were not localized. If you are talking about online translators, steins;gate was only translated because there was a pc version. Steins;gate hiyoku renri no darling has not even been attempted to be translated due to the huge task of emulating + translating. Trust me, I scoped out the dark underbelly of the internet for anyone that was attempting to take on this task.
i've read that this is a multiple story game - so hopefully each "route" as you might call the "bad endings" will be continued don't like the ayane-song so much as I liked the Itou Kanako-songs though well still good
