Thanks for doing this Ms. P #NCBorn! I'm getting ready to take a graphics certification and it's time for me to purchase a computer. I have NEVER used a MAC because of the conversion issues but I need the best I can get for graphics capabilities, etc. Any suggestions for a Windows computer?
I’m not Miss p lol, but The Surface Book 2. It’s pricey, I’ll let you know that up front, but if it’s within budget it has dedicated graphics, great processors, touchscreen with pen input so you can draw directly on screen, and color accurate screen. I have one that I photo and video edit on and I have no desire to switch to Mac. If that’s a lil pricey, I have some experience with the asus zen books as well and some of those are really good. The dell XPS sometimes have issues so I’d look elsewhere personally
Get a Samsung tab 7+ or even just the regular one. Yes it's android but damn is it a good drawing tablet
Or I guess if u need a laptop specifically get a surface series and a pen. If on a lighter budget a Lenovo flex series is just as good (make sure u get one with an active stylus and touchscreen) but sadly has bad color accuracy. Best overall I'd just go for the tablet I mentioned earlier.
I'm working my way into needing tabs anonymous lol (i'm in grad school right now and I find myself having 45 tabs open when I'm writing a paper lol).
MsP, long time viewer (like you just started your 1st channel)💖 Question: have you tried putting Windows on your Mac?? I've used both Macs & windows laptops before & currently. I'm about to purchase a new MacBook & I think I will be doing that. At work we use Macs (laptops & desktops) with Windows for years and I like the idea. Would love to hear your take 🤗
