- We are out for a quick trip to Colorado for Overland Expo and decided to go check out Rocky Mountain National Park. First, we travel Trail Ridge Road up to the Alpine Visitor Center at almost 12,000 feet!! Then, hop over to the Continental Divide. Then travel up Bear Lake road, take the shuttle up to Bear Lake, and hike up to Dream Lake. What an amazing time we had huffing and puffing in our 7th National Park this year!! We hope you enjoy Our Rocky Mountain National Park Adventure!!

BTW: Alcohol and high altitude (8k plus) and lack of water (hydration) is not a good recipe for a good experience. Ask how we know? 😳

@MarknTerry Oh no!! Where was that? We didn't even have any alcohol like a week before we went there. It's just going from 0-12kfeet in 24 hrs. We don't do well with elevation, even had a hard time at the top of Mt St Helens. Lol (8kft)
@@ourpnwadventures we did jeeping and hiking in Ouray CO. Ouray is 8k and the mountain passes we travel over are 10k - 13k.
