- This week we show you what it's really like driving our motorhome in Turkey. We also visit the castle and a famous knife master in Babakale, stay at our first campsite in Turkey, and explore the colourful Cunda Island in Ayvalik. Oh yeah and I nearly forgot about the snake !

Loving Turkey more and more. I think Cunda is so pretty. I love streets lined with handicraft shops, local goods and cafes. Great vlog guys.......on to the next.....😉
Cunda is a pretty town for sure and the remote landscape just outside of the town was really impressive too ! 😯
You visited some beautiful locations in today's vlog. Turkey is getting more interesting by the minute. Already looking forward to next week's video!
Yes so much to see over here. Glad you enjoyed it and of course more amazing places next week ! 😃
Good evening guys (& Holly of course),
Well, I've just had my weekly fix of Turkey VLOG! ... really loved episode 3 :)
You have a knack of choosing perfect background music, which makes the whole thing very atmospheric in my view.
Cunda Island was my favourite - most other places along your way seem very quiet (roads etc)?
Just a quick bit of reptile news for you .... & I quote: There are 12 Venomous snakes in Turkey!! (Jeepers guys, you had better pay attention to where you are stepping) - and Holly!! They include the extremely rare & deadly Wagner's Viper, who's neurotoxic venom can shut down a human nervous system!! The one in the VLOG was quite dark, so possibly a 'Black Cobra' or maybe 'Caucasus Viper' - anyway, both are to avoided if you don't want to end up in hospital!!
Great VLOG, great drone shots & amazing snake action! Cheers guys
Stay safe, drive safe & see you in the next one! Kev x
Hey Kev thanks for watching and glad you appreciate the music. Sometimes takes hours just to find the right sounds for each section but you're right it adds a lot to the viewing experience !
Yeah most of the backroads are very quiet and oh my we better watch out for those slithering snakes here 😵
Very nicely done you three. Sorry we are a little bit behind but we have just been so busy. Anyway, you shoot Turkey so well. Your both brilliant at what you do. I would have loved one of those knifes. It looked a brilliant experience seeing how they were made and listening to his stories. I will stick that on the list for when we travel there next year. I also nearly stepped on a snake in Turkey. Sylw thought it was hilarious but I completely crapped myself! On that note. Take care and I will speak to you soon! 👍❤️
Yes it is truly amazing to visit the lesser known villages and meet amazing people. Just as much as it is to see the beautiful scenery. Yeah, gotta watch out for the snakes, just like the bears - deadly !!
Lovely video, great scenery. Very interesting sites.
Thanks so much Doug and glad you enjoyed it ❤
