Loved your drone footage of Finland, especially the tracking sequences. They perform a ceremony in Rovaniemi when you cross the Arctic Circle - drink a bowl of reindeer milk, then some is poured down your back! Had it done to me in winter, and I can tell you it’s cold and uncomfortable.

Wind power plants and ugly architecture destroyed our beautiful country, so we leave for Nouvelle-Aquitaine. That you cannot hike over the Tjuvåskampen Hill in the middle of the Totenåsen Hills anymore, was the final drop for me.

@@TravelTalesVlogs Yeah, I see the Tjuvåskampen Hill from everywhere here at Toten, knowing I cannot enter it anymore, with the new Tivoli of wind turbines dominating the entire south-eastern horizon, just makes me cry. The fact that you didn't go to North Cape will ALWAYS be nagging at the back of your mind. We as your viewers and you as travelers KNOW that you will regret it for the rest of your life if you don't take the trip. But be warned: The road to/from North Cape is BRUTALLY narrow and the parking lot on the North Cape plateau is full of RVs with missing/or smashed left mirrors. That happened to my RV too. I was as close to the guardrail facing the sea as possible but "Gunter from Germany" felt like he owned the road and there was an infernal bang when both his and my mirror disappeared. It was not possible to stop to look at the damage for either "Gunter" or me so we just continued in our separate directions since you are driving bumper-to-bumper in a convoy with campers both in front and behind. I had to drive 2500km back to Oslo without a left-side mirror since it was impossible to find a repair shop on the road that had the part in stock. Anyone who has driven a motorhome knows that rear visibility is already poor, but try driving with only the right mirror. Anyway, I have now acquired a spare mirror that is always in the cargo area of the motorhome. But the trip to North Cape was worth it and as I said: It is just a matter of time before you regret that you didn't go. But maybe you are trying to give yourself a reason for a new Norway trip ... ?

Look it up ;) PS: When you said a hairut cost 70 eur here, I have to disagree with you, a normal price in a saloon for a man to v cut his hair is 20-40 eur- @32:30 you should have brought with you a fish rod, here in this fjord you can catsh big fish !!

Sad, but someone had to tell the truth so tourists aren't tricked to visit sweden. Fact is that Sweden is a forest and insect / snake infested place with shy and dangerous natives that aren't used to behave in a civlized manner. Luckily you haven't seen the worst yet as people I know have been followed for hours and harassed by local people. They are too weak to confront you directly but will follow you or start making noises with car / mc motors in the middle of night. Better go to Norway, where the nature is wonderful and people are friendly!

Norway is amazing. But Sweden is only 1 hour away from where you were.. Here's how you can make a "Sweden simulator" at home. Place a camping chair in front of a cluster of trees and a kiddie pool filled with water, flies and mosquito larvae. To simulate driving on winding swedish roads, gently rock the chair from side to side while reading out the names of random Swedish places. THERE is what it feels like to drive through Sweden. All you see are trees and lakes filled with insects and random forest cities where no man should live. BTW: In which shop did you buy that amazing hamburger? Do you remember the product name? I kind of want one now ..

Well, even if more than 20 glaciers in Norway have disappeared the last 20 years, we must not forget that only 30 years ago, they were growing. Climate change is mostly a scam, that the climate changes, that has \always happened, and pollution was much worse 30 years ago, when our glaciers grew. They built a glacier museum 200 meters from the end of a glacier in the 1980s, in the 1990s, the glacier swallowed the museum and car park, they never talk about that, it does not fit their agenda.. I appreciate the glaciers on a hot day here in Norway, but only then. How old are the ice? We do not know, but they find things that are only a thousand year old, like shoes, arrowheads, knives and whatever in the areas that the ice covered, so those are surely not more than a thousand years old. Yes, some of the one in higher elevations might be thousands of years old, we don't really know. Some says that the shoes and knives were lost ON the ice, but there is not much to support that idea, as one sees old horsepaths there..

Experienced something similar a few years back in the Swedish forest (in Dalarna county). A car was parked on the side of the road and a guy was waving as if he needed help, just as we came to a junction on the road. 3 more guys were inside the car and it all looked suspicious so we didn't stop. As soon as we passed he got in the car and started following us for miles. At one point we stopped with the engine still running to see if they really were following and they stopped too (behind us). All of them got out of the car and walked toward us, was watching them in the side mirrors. As they were almost at the back of the motorhome we quickly drove off and called the police and gave them the license plate number. The police said they would check the number and call back. After that the car with the guys passed us and they were all waving and signaling for us to stop and proceeded to drive in zig zag in front of us, then sped up and went off. At this point we were sure they would try to block us further ahead. We quickly took a different route as they were now out of sight and in front of us.The police called back and informed us they were driving a stolen car and that they had a warrant on them as an organised gang of romanis that were robbing people, typically by pretending to have a flat tyre. It was so scary that we decided to go back to Norway without stopping, so we drove all night. Never heard back from the police after that, but hopefully they caught them. Sorry you had a scary experience in the Swedish forests too! Can understand the fright you felt. I've never felt unsafe here in Norway and I hope it will stay that way.

This is another very stunning video. It is such a pitty that you are leaving Norway, as each of your Norway Videos was so inspireing that the only thing I wanted to do is to pack my bags and follow your fooisteps. As for which area I liked most, well, that is very difficult. All videos had something special. I liked the islands, but also the great glaciers, the fjords and gorges and the yurt-like tent you stayed in. However, the last Video is very soecial, as rhe landscape seemed that much more secluded. So now back to Sweden and then Finnland, i am very excited. Also the Russian part of Scandinavia would be very interesting, it is such a pitty you can't go there at the moment

Its a weather ballon one of those ultra light ones. It seems to be standing which is an optical Illusion. I know you want to say its extraterrestrials. But UFO stands for Unknown Flying Object.

Hey C2H! How fantastic is Norway? You have inspired many of us to 'put it on the list' of must see places (soon)! So clean, fresh, beautiful, & scenic - I've really loved the whole Norway series guys ... Thank you so much 👏👏👍😜 Safe onward journey to Finland & I shall look forward to the next one! N1S Kev x

Another great video from scenic Norway. Sad that you are now leaving the country as the further north is another fantastic landscape to see. For me, all the videos have been very good, from when I started following you in Sweden when something scary had happened, until now. So all of them are my favorites. Have a good trip further into Finland, and welcome back to Norway another day.😄😄😄😄😄

It’s a worry how much the Worlds Glaciers are retreating isn’t it ? I remember a trip to chamonix in 2019 where we took the train up to the Montenvers hotel looking up the mer de glacé- you take cable car down to the glacier then there’s a few hundred meters of metal steps to the glacier floor - it’s signposted as you go down height of the glacier years gone by - very sad -- stunning place to see if you’ve not been there yet 👌

Yeah it's pretty concerning, but still so beautiful to see those solid chunks of ice that are left ! We actually passed from there, but never up the mountain 😊
