Bryan is the real deal.that was a an amazing performance striking grappling takedown defense all on point he deserves a top contender.
The UFC needs to make a rule apparently, that a fight can not be called until the 5 minutes have passed from an illegal blow. Just because you "can't see" at 2 minutes doesn't mean you wont be able to at 5 minutes.

Yep. He did. It was the Apex, you could hear him plain as day tell Ange, you got 5 minutes. 45 seconds later he says, "I can't see." Straight to the doctor. His own corner was pissed.

Been really impressed with battle, been working on his wrestling which is the only fight he's lost by, but his striking is nice. Good versatile skillset on the feet, headkicks, good counters, nasty teeps this guy is nice, might be a top 7 guy at least when its all said and done

He definitely won the fight, and if the other guy was telling the truth when he said that he couldn’t see, he never would have wanted to go at Battle when Battle called him out on his BS… so his actions after the fight was stopped, and all of a sudden he was ready to go again, is all the proof anyone needs to see that he was looking for an excuse to justify stopping the fight. If I were Battle, I would consider it a win, and start looking for an offer from a different fighter. It’s the only thing that makes sense!
