    Vinh is a genius teacher. No fluff, just zeroes in on the valuable aspects of the topic and clearly states the ways to improve in the simplest ways possible.

      He's not a genius. He learned what he knows from someone else. You're just too gullible to realize it. Gushing over him like a schoolgirl

      @@juntus89 hmm, it sounds to me like you'd rather I gush over you like a schoolgirl. That's the typical predatory approach - start off combative, wait for a defensive response, then change tack to the protector, you animal.
      I reckon you're a genius too. Unfortunately, I already have a girlfriend.

    • @juntus89
      @juntus89 2 місяці тому

      @@grahamyates2490 You don't have a girlfriend. Lying to me isn't necessary. Most of what you said was complimentary, so thank you. I am indeed a predator, and according to the mensa certificate I have on the bathroom wall, I am also a genius. Animal? Yes, that too! As are we all. You come across as the kind of guy who gushes over superior men, by your very nature. You beta male. Your assumptions in your reply gave away your weak masculinity - lying in the ground crying about being bullied, before I even respond. You absolute victim. Get up off the floor and go to the gym; your IQ maybe half that of mine but you can still work on your physique. 🙏😎

    As a behind the counter seller in my own shop, it took me years to get my confidence up and also develop my banter suitable for every customer and every occasion. My biggest flaw and still is today, is i am an interrupter. I look for a hole in a conversation and i dive in. I do that because i tend to forget what i am going to say if i do not. Still working on it. Sigh.

      maybe this will help, when thinking that you're going to forget, and you're about to interrupt, without having to sound rude, use something like "hey, hold on to that thought, before you continue I wan to point something out, or (I want to add on to what you're saying) it's good in my humble opinion to say stuff like that so people do not think you're not listening, idk if it helps but it takes practise

    This approach I can see being incredibly effective because it deconstructs the overwhelming process of self-review into manageable elements; audio, visuals, and filler words. Psychologically, it’s powerful as it reduces the emotional discomfort of self-critique by isolating focus areas, fostering objectivity, and reframing self-consciousness as a tool for growth. This practice will not only build confidence but also encourage incremental improvement.
