The correct way to measure fluid level (per WIS) is with the engine running and transmission heated up. Some dipsticks have a separate range for cold fluid level.

Oil level should be measured while engine is running and transmision in P position, the top range on the dipstick is for level of oil at operating temp and bottom range for oil at 25 degrees

You see good difference in shifting? because you still have 3 liters of old fluid in the torque converter..

Changing the fluid is not meant to fix the transmission unless it was low on fluid .
