    Lars; Your cute little "Pink Ninja" reminds us so much of our own daughters when they were that age and we were teaching them how to hunt, fish and also to survive in these Wyoming mountains and forests. They now have their own little "Pink Ninjas", and we get to watch them learn the same lessons we taught their mothers. It's so beautiful to see these things pass down to future generations! God bless you and yours, Lars.

    I swear sometimes Lars brings out the inner Arnie (especially when he says Arctic) when he gets excited lol. I thought maybe his wife was on the trip with him....when he said, ''here we have some Tampax, and some other Tampax''....of course he was saying tent pegs.

    Great video Lars. I bought this tent with 2 cots , stove , and floor insulation mat. I really wasn't sure if I could use this in hot and humid weather , but now I know because you said so 👍. Look forward to using this in the summer now. Thanks for taking the time to do this video !!
    Let me add , customer service is totally superior to others and even from the states it's easy to get answers to any questions. They even contacted me after a few months of my purchase to make sure I was happy with everything I ordered. The best $1500usd I spent and that includes shipping of , Tent , Stove , 2 Cots and insulated padded floor. I'm darn happy Lars did that other video of this tent about a year ago. You won't be disappointed with this purchase ! High quality !

      It was shipped immediately but I think it was no longer than 12 days to ship to the Philadelphia area of the states. It's in the Northeast part of USA. You will not regret it , if you purchase this tent and stove and cots etc. I just wish I looked more closely at stove options and bought the one with glass sides like Lars.

    I have often lamented on the lack of a Canadian manufacturer of Canadian vehicles for Canadian terrain & weather. Russia and Canada share much the same weather & terrain, but we seem to be unable to develope home grown solutions to our transportation problems for average guy. I am jealous of your vehicles. I once owned a Lada Niva and except for rust (due to salted winter roads) it was possibly the best 4X4 that I have ever owned ( I've had a few).
    Edit:- I expect flack from my fellow Canadians on these statements, but I have given this matter serious thought.

    • @SurvivalRussia

      Light weight is key in my opinion. The LuAZ here would be very expensive in today's world, having portal hubs and torsion bars.

    • @bushcraftnorthof6012
      @bushcraftnorthof6012 5 років тому +4

      I’m with you 100%. My Niva was awesome. Safety factors and dependence upon the American market is what keeps us from it. Too bad the Bombardier Iltis wasn’t a bit better quality and brought to the civilian market before airbags, crumple zones, etc. They could have refined it in time to keep pace with regulations. Oh well. Just buy Russian! That tent is on my radar.

    • @davidj4662
      @davidj4662 5 років тому +3

      Russia is not a province in the American Empire like Canada is. They are independent and have their own industries and manufacturers. Canada has been bought out and overwhelmed by US companies that manufacture everything in Asia making it impossible to compete on price. Go to an outfitter like Cabelas or Bass Pro and there will be nothing made in Canada. It’s shameful actually.

    Looks like my Igloo tent from 1980. Mine is blue, same umbrella system. 3 layers including floor incorporated.

    It's an awesome tent and ideal for what you do. Looking forward to more of the Gator. If you want to do longer videos I'd love it. Ya'll stay safe.

    That is a cool tent for vehicle camping. I really hate setting up large tents and this looks so simple and quick to do. I wish it came in some solid bright color instead of Camo though (I really like Orange for some stupid reason. lol). I don't hate Camo but I like a bright tent as it can make it easier to find camp after you've gone wandering for a while.

    That looks like a really impressive tent! Hey Lars, you said the tent could be used in hot weather too, how well does it handle condensation? do you think it would perform well at 37°C+ temperaturas and an average humidity of 86%? I usually go camping to places with that kind of weather, and to really cold places too, If you think the tent can be used combortably in both scenarios, I'm definitely going to get one! Great video as always, thanks for the effort, cheers from Mexico!
