A BADASS kid is breaking into the CrossFit world at just five-years-old - and she can already do 60 push ups at a time and deadlift 65lb. Prisais Brooklyn Townsend did her first CrossFit workout at just 10 months old when she started copying her dad’s moves in the gym. The tiny spitfire has been hooked ever since and practices with her trainer and father James at every opportunity.

I'm so glad that the dad isn't forcing her to do this, but she enjoys doing it herself. The dad is giving her the spirit to continue this!

Exactly! A lot of parents go WAY overboard shoving into their poor kids, and those kids are going to grow up to resent their parents, and could very easily go down a bad path. This guy is all about her wellbeing and mental balance. He’s absolutely amazing!

Most of those you mentioned (except gym, depends on what you do there) are aerobic exercises that use only your own body weight, and not even all of it. Some of the things the kid is doing are anaerobics with double her body weight. Completely different.

All of them which you replied are aerobics. She is too young to be doing weights her bones ain't developed yet.
